Canyonlands - Island in the Sky OR The Needles

In this week's video, we share our second National Park in Utah. Canyonlands NP is one of Utah's five less visited parks. Everyone visits Zion, Arches, and Bryce, but Canyonlands has much to offer.
Sadly, we didn't arrive at Island in the Sky early enough and it was manic busy. Every single overlook parking lot was packed! We really should take our own advice! The Grand Overlook was spectacular but so crowded 🙄
However, the following day we awoke before dawn and spent the day at The Needles which was almost void of people! We couldn't believe it. In our opinion, The Needles is far more interesting with great history and hikes.
The one issue with this park is the amount of driving it takes to get to these magnificent spots in Canyonlands. Other than that we highly recommend a visit. The Park has so much more to offer and we will be back to explore more!
