Learn Wudang Martial Arts, Tai Chi, Qigong, and Daoist Culture. Jake Pinnick (Daoist Name: 平懋资根) is a 16th Generation Disciple of the Wudang San Feng Lineage and it is the hope of this channel and the Ways of Wudang platform that these traditional arts can be spread around the world to more people.

Why are you dressed like a Chinese opera heroine? I have seen an explanation of postures from a real master of Zhan Zhuang who was wearing just a t-shirt and joggers. Yet what he showed us was really priceless. A Real Master never dresses like a clown. Yes, this is the law. The attire should be socially appropriate.

Hi shifu, i have doubt on stretching workout... can we do the stretching after core strengthen and form training workout...what is the order should come 1st, 2nd and 3rd...please🙏
Try to segment and focus your training as much as possible. Core training does not need to be with flexibility. Try alternating days or at least training sessions between strength, flexibility, and coordination drills. It will benefit you in the long run to take things slowly.

A training session can be built in many ways. There is no absolute requirement. I do think that you should do a minimum in order to get warmed up and make sure that you are getting into the movement completely. Once or twice is not enough.

Professor, what would be the diference for you between focus and concentration?
In some cases these terms on universally accepted, but I would say that focus implies a bit more intention in an external sense and concentration is an internal mode of similar effect. You can focus on a point but concentration is the removal of distraction. They are both pretty much identical but if I had to say there was a difference, this would be it.
