Motorcycle Camping | I Burn Dinner
มุมมอง 8065 หลายเดือนก่อน
It's an overnight camping trip to a new spot and I manage to destroy my dinner. I take the KLR650 Adventure out once again and get a decent nights sleep in my hammock. Music by Bensound.com License code: C4PXW3IL4LP9XWMN
Motorcycle Camping | I'm Not Alone
มุมมอง 13K6 หลายเดือนก่อน
It's a little late for a first trip of the year, but here we go. I take the KLR650 Adventure to a brand new spot but it doesn't end up working out. I still salvage the trip though and spend the night in the wild, but with neighbors.
Motorcycle Camping | When to Camp at a State Park
มุมมอง 4.1Kปีที่แล้ว
There is one time of year when I like to go to state parks, and that's fall. Join me on this motorcycle camping trip on the KLR 650 in Maine.
Motorcycle Camping | Really Bad Roads
มุมมอง 2.4Kปีที่แล้ว
Dave and I go on a motorcycle camping trip in Western Maine and find a couple of good spots despite some really bad roads.
Motorcycle Camping | 3 KLRs 3 Nights 3 Generations
มุมมอง 16Kปีที่แล้ว
Mo, Dave, and I go camping for three nights on the KLR650s. We represent all three generations of KLR in a wet and wild weekend.
Motorcycle Camping | Two KLRs and a Fish Dinner
มุมมอง 4Kปีที่แล้ว
I go for a ride with Tyler to try and find some awesome campsites. We find one and spend the night on a beautiful little pond, catch a fish, and have a great time by the fire.
KLR 650 Ride | Things I like about the 2022 KLR 650 Adventure
มุมมอง 1.3K2 ปีที่แล้ว
It's hard to explain why I like the 2022 KLR 650 Adventure, but I'll try in this video where I take the KLR out for a ride, make a fire pit, and start a fire. Music from Uppbeat (free for Creators!): uppbeat.io/t/movediz/summer-vibes License code: LX1W3E7NSNPZLR7V
KLR650 Ride | Things I don't like about the 2022 KLR 650 Adventure
มุมมอง 5K2 ปีที่แล้ว
It might sound like I don't like my new 2022 KLR 650 that much, but that isn't true. I'm reall enjoying the KLR, but there are a few things that aren't quite perfect. In this video I tell the hard truth about the KLR 650 and list off all the things I don't like. Motorcycle Camping | First trip with the KLR 650
มุมมอง 13K2 ปีที่แล้ว
I'm at one of the best camping spots I know of on my first trip with the 2022 KLR 650 Adventure. I've been waiting for a chance to camp here for years, and it's finally my time. I ride the KLR 650 2.5 hours to this spot and I couldn't be happier to have the place to myself.
KRL650 Ride | Why I traded the CRF250L for the KLR650
มุมมอง 10K2 ปีที่แล้ว
I just got my hands on a 2022 KLR650 Adventure and couldn't be happier. The way I ride is changing, and so is my bike. The CRF250L Rally was traded this weekend for the bigger adventure bike for longer trips with more gear. . . I mean beer.
Motorcycle Camping | The Camp
มุมมอง 6012 ปีที่แล้ว
Today I'm on a "camping" trip. I'm staying in a cabin on the river with Dave and Aram. We have chili by the fire and enjoy the sounds of the river. I take my Honda CRF250 L Rally loaded up with camping gear but I don't need much of it on this trip.
Motorcycle Camping | The Same but Different
มุมมอง 2.4K2 ปีที่แล้ว
Dave, Mo, and I spend the night in one of our favorite places. A remote campsite in the middle of the Maine woods. I take my CRF250L Rally and Dave is on his Polaris Sportsman 570 on a trip through the overgrown woods road that used to cross the stream. The bridge has been removed and now it's just a dead end with a place to camp and have a fire.
Motorcycle Camping | Untethered
มุมมอง 7032 ปีที่แล้ว
Dave and I head out on a two night camping trip with one night in Canada and the second back in Maine. We take the KLR650 and CRF250L Rally for quite a trip. I don't know the mileage, but we did a lot of riding, and found a couple of great campsites. We also found a pretty great time. Music: bensound.com
crf250 Rally ride | The Bear's Den
มุมมอง 3642 ปีที่แล้ว
It's a simple ride to a great lunch spot, but that's what the crf250 Rally is all about. Not every trip needs to be epic. Sometimes, a simple ride to a nice spot is all you need. The rail trail delivers once again, and I have a great few hours on the Maine trail system. Music: bensound.com

Motorcycle Camping | Sometimes it Rains
Did you leave the bikes out on the road and carry all your stuff in ? I would have ridden in .
A three gen spread.. that's awesome. I am on a gen 3 I have had the pleasure of riding with both gen 1 & 2 but not at the same time yet... Legacy..
I have the exact same motorcycle…..except mine is a 2023. Same color and everything. Great bike and almost 4000 miles since purchase brand new in July 2024.
Too much music and it's too loud
Am I the only one that could do without the music in all these videos? Ty tho
LMAO @ the hammock! haha!
Just came across your channel. I just got a 2022 KLR 650 Adventure and loving it. I do a lot of camping as well so moto-camping is coming soon! Beautiful area there to camp, for sure. New sub here!
New 2023 KLR 650 owner here (July 2024). I will be doing this soon as well!
You are on a motorcycle. Stealth camp anywhere in the forest. When I camp off my motorcycle I camp anywhere I want. Thats whats great about a motorcycle. Bring a pop up fire pit and no scorched earth left behind. No one knows I was even there. Also, that sound is from your gas tank heating up and releasing pressure. My KLR does exactly the same thing. You should have told us you packed a chain saw with you...lol
Always be armed on the road...
I have the same bike and mine makes that sound also. I wouldn't worry, I think its the coolant system and it's normal.
Sorry, I want to keep skin. Have you ever been down?
I started dancing when that music kicked in 😂 excellent video guys, I love my 08' Klr650, 102mm wossner piston kit, Uni Air Filter, Leo Vince pipe, dyno jet carb kit, thing is a go anywhere beast 🦾
This is cool. Im test riding and probably buying a klr tomorrow. My camping setup is only a 30lb pack that I go hike up in the mountains with, I dont like to bring much.
They're fun bikes, just a bit heavy. I enjoy mine a lot
I’m sure that you had a good time but I can’t bear watching a fool riding without gloves.
Do you have a video showing your camping gears? Thanks 😊
Everyone is trying to sneak in some more fun before summer ends, hopefully spots open up more in the fall
you forgot your driving gloves 😎 nice video
I get the itch to get out and ride every time I watch your videos 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
Thats the best video i have seen in a while 😎👍 Awesom campsite you guys found ... Love the fact that there is no noisy music just realism !!! You have a new subscriber from Denmark who`s driving a 92 model Africa Twin RD04
Make the most of your children, they grow up so fast. Mine or adults now, and I miss the innocents .
New favorite channel! Love the straightforward blog with nice engine noise rather than constant talking/music. Ive got a 2023 KLR 650 and am working on doing my first offroad trips in Washington State. You are an inspiration ❤
@xSkidMarx Thank you for the comment. You have made my day! Good luck on your own adventures.
You were definitely pushing it to its limits and beyond
Awesome, good friends having a good time, great video!!!
Nice video! Looks like you had a great time!
Beautiful place to camp. I enjoyed the video and look forward to the next!
What kind of Hammock do you use?
@dustyhobomotoadventure it's an east hills outdoors jungle explorer.
Hey man who makes your chair !!??

@@DualRider thank you 🙏
Enjoyed it thanks
I have the same problem with my bike.Having the screen on all the time will deplete the battery and the charging system of the bike cannot keep up.Turn the screen off and just listen to the instructions with your Bluetooth and the bike will be able to keep your phone charged.Lets hope that tone day Kawasaki puts a good charging system on the KLR.
Hey if I might ask what do you weigh? Lol. I only ask because you look to be about my size and I’m thinking about a KLR650 and wanted to see how it performed with a load out like you had here. I want to do similar trips
@graystone3048 I'm about 240lbs. I don't feel like I need to upgrade suspension for my load out. I haven't even checked the preload setting since I got it. Just bought it, loaded it up, and rode without really thinking about it.
I wonder how the other campers got their vehicle across that bridge...🤔🤔......😁 Great video...keep em coming. Garth
The people in the comments trying to school you for not wearing gloves is hilarious.
There are people with experience, people with knowledge gained from others experience and people with opinions.
@@jimtitt3571 and yet, everyone has opinions.
@@airadaimagery692 The first time you throw it away on a gravel track or a tarred road your opinion (whatever it might be) is confronted with reality, now you have knowledge. You opinion may well then be changed.
@@jimtitt3571 mmmkay… I’m 52 years old. I started riding at 9. Raced MX from 89-96, 125-250cc classes. Raced 4wheelers, both MX and flat track, within that same time period. Raced crotch rockets in the quarter mile, and in the next 2-3 seasons I will be exploring the TAT. I’ve been confronted with reality, as you say, and my opinions are pretty much fixed. Thanks for your input though.
@@airadaimagery692 Well your resume is fascinating (though mine is without doubt more impressive), what's you opinion on wearing gloves? I have no opinion on what people write on the internet by the way, nor do I care if the guy in the video screws himself up, one American more or less isn't really a concern to me.
My 2023 KLR 650 makes the same mysterious sound. I think the sound is coming from somewhere behind the right fairing panel. My brother thinks it's a computer cooling fan cycling on and off.
nice video, my only comment would be to lose the one man tent, go with the two man tent, not much bigger packing wise but worth it in my opinion. would have liked to seen your cot. i agree with other poster about the sound youre hearing, probably your gas boiling, common issue with KLR .thanks for sharing your trip! nice site!
3:39 Gas cap. Open it and you'll hear pressure release
Injoyed the video. Thank you
Gee, I was salivating when I heard that salmon sizzling in the pan! 07:18
I always pack an extra tarp. I wrap it around the side of the tent that gets direct wind. You would be surprised how much warmer you would be.
Name of the cot, please ...
Gas tank venting mine does it too especially if the sun is beating on it
Gloves ! How about all you @#$%heads get rid of those phones
No gloves? You do know your hands have more sensitive nerves than any other part of your body. Can you feel a scratch on glass with your butt cheek? I think not. If you rash your hands that’s what you’ll be grafted with. The squealing noise is the fuel tank venting.
Your chances of surviving an automobile accident are far far less if you’re riding a motorcycle, than if you were driving a car. You should probably sell your bike and stick to cars.
Im getting ready to head out for a camping trip here in a day or so on my KLR , that sound is coming from the tank open ur gas lid and close it back, I also gave you a sub
Great video! Love camping in Maine. What cot are you using? I brought an air mattress on my last motorcycle camping trip. It was great, but too bulky and heavy, not doing that again. I like the compactness of that cot. If you could share the model, that would be great. Awesome.
Great video! That area looks amazing for sure.
I need that chair. Model please?
I set up like I am on crack..see the location for my tent, do the once over for rocks, sticks anything sharp, always use a small ground cloth and have double pad. I have a cheap, cheesy yoga style pad for first and then inflatable for my sleeping bag. I immediately string a line between 2 trees, turn jacket and pants inside out to dry and get rid of as much funk as possible, get my coffee place for the morning and then start camping..I always get my place to sleep within my first 10 minutes and get where I am getting coffee. If I sleep 6-9 hours it's all good. I like to let my sleeping bag air out for 30+ minutes in the morning..
please wear gloves :(
Puny pansy wear gloves... Real men need no safety gears.... 😂😊
hey, the noise most likely is from the sun heating the fuel tank nd the over pressure valve letting the extra "fumez" out, my kawasaki vulcan classic "sings" just like that.
My 2023 KLR650 makes the same sound. Thank you for the information.
