I have a camp up the road from the Pines Market. At one point early season Eustis was the only place to ride. The first weekend was a madhouse. Bigelow is beautiful shooting straight up from Flagstaff Lake. I hit slush on Rangeley Lake last year, that’ll change your course of action real quick. Much better ice this year. Nice ride and camp, great area. Love it 😊❤️🇺🇸❄️☃️🛷🔥⛺️🌄

Will never criticize because you’re out there and that’s half the battle. Test that gear before being caught in extreme weather. Yeah, you survive but why not be comfortable! Also good Nalgene bottle with hot water at the foot of your sleeping bag would have done wonders for cold feet. I chuckled a few times when you spilled a bit of your dinner (been there, done that) and when you mentioned the wind a few times in the hammock. Winter camping is difficult on the best days and I’m glad you were out there for sure. Enjoyed the video, second time watching. Thank you my friend. (I winter camp as well but in an Arctic Oven tent with a propane vented heater.) Best wishes…..Den

You mean to tell me that you wait around for 45 minutes, and not try to pick up your ass end to un-stuck yourself? The scenery is beautiful, and a great video, I just can’t get over you being helpless for 45 minutes! I’m pretty out of shape too, but when I get the Arctic Cat stuck, I do what it takes to free it up within a 10 minute mark.

I was not helpless, nor was I sitting around waiting. You may want to rewatch that part of the video.

Yeah sorry about that man! I hit the sauce a little too hard that night. I finished watching it and it was a pretty good video. If you do more videos like it, I promise I’ll only get a little drunk while watching it!!

Well, I can totally relate to that! This will be my only snowmobile camping video this year, but I did just finish a trip to Eagle lake to visit the trains, and I'm going up north this weekend to try and eek out one more overnight. The season is coming to an end.

When your Cat gets stuck, you're "un-stuckking" a lot less weight than a heavy 4-stroke Yamahahahaha. Strange to look at these short tracks now. I grew up in the Western NY with 121's and 136's. After moving to UT 11 years ago, short tracks look funny. I'm now used to 156's and 163's with 2.5" paddles. Never seen a studded track here either.
