I imagine its your 3s power display. You could always try calibrate your trainer but haters will always hate
Is Zwift giving you a second or two of extra power, yes. But everyone is riding that way because it’s a natural way to ride rollers. What ZRL is concerned with is doing that in an unnatural way. Riding for 4 seconds stopping again and again on the flats for no good/natural reason
The ZWift powerdisplay is default set to 3 seconds avg watts, but you can set it to instant watts, but these watts are not usable, so most of amateuer or pro riders use the 3s avg Watt as 'live watt'
Really doesn't look like your trying to cheat at all there but your watts are sticking for 2-3 seconds after you stop peddling so I suspect it's your trainer? Out of interest which one do you have?
Dont see any problem here. You're resting on the downhills and zwift isnt being accurate. Thats the same for everyone. Keep going!

You answered your own question at the beginning by saying Zwift is registering power, when you aren't outputting any, and you are exploiting it to "rest."
All you were doing was being the most efficient that you could be. It's coincidental that you may technically have been cheating. I wouldn't worry about it just enjoy riding the bike. By the way, you're looking well.

Nice job. How you were racing was totally fine and natural. The sticky watts is when people ride like you're riding on rollers but it's flat.

Me in 2 months from 2,7 w/kg build 3,7 w/kg and now after 3 months I have about 4,05 w/kg 🎉
Nice racing, have been watching you for awhile and I have 1 piece of advice for you. Every time you sit up (assuming to rest a little) you are actually stressing your body a little bit more for any given power than when you are holding the bars. A good example is around the 41:50 time in this video, right when you sit up you add 12 beats to your heart rate because you are straining your body more to counterbalance your pedaling. Keep up the good work!
I’ve seen this as well, even with myself. I wear a HR monitor on my forearm and I kind of think that sometimes the changing of position sometimes alters the reading when you change positions. I am doubtful that the heart rate would actually increase that much from a position change that could be a bit more stressing on the body. Just my experience, but definitely something worth watching.
I never noticed that before. I think Jarrod said it actually brought his HR down. I don't like it because it's something I wouldn't do IRL. I try to squeeze as much as I can out of zwift and that also means having my trainer at 100% and not doing anything I wouldn't do IRL, but yeah good observation 👍

Not too bothered about your weight but the power and performance progress is tracking quite impressively. ADZ sub 60 at your (9our) weight is very good.
So what you are saying is if you want a better workout buy a hybrid bike 👍

Naa you could last that long for sure! When you’re racing you’re in a different mindset that you’re when you’re doing a test. I’ve done training rides on a course that I raced and my racing result was way beyond the group ride.

yes! Very important to get the correct chain link otherwise it won’t fit properly!

Hello, the battery isn’t supposed to be changed by the user, I’m sure it’s possible but probably quite a difficult process which wouldn’t recommend
Congrats on your breakthrough to below 95kg! I’m still pushing for 90k by the Christmas / end of the year. Hovering in the low 94kg’s so will be a struggle to reach my target in the next few weeks particularly as I’m away on holiday for part of the month. Good luck with the race this week. Don’t forget to swap to the TT bike!
