Pumpkin Cream Cheese Pound Cake
Cake:
3 sticks salted/unsalted butter room temp.
3 cups sugar
8 ounces (1 block) cream cheese room temp.
3 cups all purpose Four (sifted twice)
1 teaspoon baking powder
6 eggs room temperature room temp.
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon butter extract
1 teaspoon Cream Bouquet
Pumpkin Mixture
One 15 oz. can of pure pumpkin
One 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon lemon extract
3-4 teaspoons vanilla extract
Pumpkin spice seasoning
Cinnadust seasoning
Bake 1hr. 50 minutes at 315 degrees
Glaze:
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4-1/3 cup hazelnut coffee creamer

I always wash my cans first because you never know if mice or rats run across them in the warehouse and leave their residue on them. Not to be gross but that’s why I wash them first.

I've tried Peach Cobbler dump cake ... which turned out to be Amazing ... for a beginner ... but this shredded butter "technique" didn't appear complete coverage ... I'll stick with melting butter & pour 😊 ... otherwise, it looks delicious 😋 ...

Oh my goodness, I'm so drooling! Would dried Blueberries work? I have my fruits dried for off seasons. I cannot wait!!
Hey Pamela!! I’ve used fresh and canned fruit. I’ve never used dried fruit before. I think it would be great though. I would rehydrate the blueberries with water, fruit juice, wine, or liquid of choice. Please try it and come back to let us know. You can use a can of diet cream soda instead of butter to make it healthy. Just pour it right on top of your powder cake mix. When you first pull it out, it might be soft but if you wait for it to cool, it will harden up

@ yes, I think so! It doesn’t have the rich buttery taste but it works for me. The lower ingredients part of the cake are rich enough for me

I've used butter and sugar to prep the pan replaced the flour with sugar ... instead of flour it creates a glazed deliciousness

The anticipation was there and I had to stay a watch the hot, gooey carmel crunch and pecans emerge from the pan to that bowl . Then the ultimate topping of vanilla ice cream was the , “have your cake and eat it too” part that made me a subscriber 😊
