Today is part four in the series showing what I believe is Todd doing more than Push and Reward. Today we look at how Todd understands Time and uses it to let me know when he wants things now and later.

I think he quite likely pushed Morning 2X because there were 2 things he wanted in the morning! Makes purrfect catsense to me!! I love how he never gets the least bit upset when he has asked for something and you also share it with his siblings. Not even a cat side-eye, ever. Just waits calmly. I think he likes it when his words can get something for the others. It's like how doing something nice for someone can make you feel good. He;s Amazing!!!

Happy Father's Day! Watching Todd is such a joy and also makes me miss my Callie so much. I do think that when Todd says morning he is saying "good morning" to you more than telling you it's morning. I wonder what would happen if you were to add separate "good morning" and "good night" buttons to separate greetings from his scheduling announcements.
That is very possible, and I have thought about adding those. I did give him Hello, and he will sometimes greet me with a nice hello in the morning.

My daughter's cat Muffinz used to chase hair elastics and scrunchies. Little stinker would steal them from the bathroom. She also hunted the crickets in the basement and leave them for me. 😂 I was grossed out, but didn't let her know and lavished praise for it.
Lol, that sounds so much like Glamour. In these old videos, I've found there is one of her coming into the bathroom and opening a drawer to steal an elastic. Glamour also likes to leave me crickets. She doesn't kill them, she pulls their legs off so they can't get away and I have to perform the mercy kill.

Her chirps are positively adorable, and she certainly was an excellent hunter in her day, not too shabby now either. Their interaction at the beginning of this video was interesting. I'm guessing Glamour was in the Fakeout-I'm-Harmless-(But-Ready-to-Ambush-Pounce) Pose, and Todd was either in I-Submit-to-Your-Royal-Highness Pose or he was ready to ambush pounce, too. All playful, of course. Although with Glamour, she might have been a touch more serious than Todd 😹🐾😻😽❣️🐾😻😽❣️ and for Paulie just because 🐾😻😽❣️

How did you get Todd? Wondering if he was "cat delivery system" or you found him at a shelter, etc.
I went to the shelter, and I support to meet my mom and help her pick a cat. When I walked into Todd room after he saw me, he ran to me and insisted I pick him up and hold him. I said this is a friendly one and gave him to mom. He squirmed and made her put him down, and he ran back to me. He did the same thing with anyone who tried to hold him. I'd I set him down to look at another kitten he would start crying and demanding I pick him up again. I looked at my wife and said I think I've been adopted. She said it looks like it, so Todd came home with me. He knew I was his hooman.

But you have to admit it was worth every minute seeing Mr. Floof Pants Todd in Trust Flop Mode. I think I should watch this video before getting my blood pressure checked at the doctor's office 😹
Update: I just took my BP reading while watching Flopped Todd, out of curiosity, and actually hit an acceptable level! And that's having gone without the medication due to a mix up between the doctor's office, pharmacy, and insurance company. That decides it: I'm quitting the medicine and just watching Todd from now on 😹🐾❣️
