Question: I am concerned that not having a US address will be picked up by TikTok in US, i.e., If I get an iphone from the US, get a US simcard and get a VPN, wont the set up process require a US address, noting that I am in Oz?

Will TikTok shop Australia be an actual TikTok shop platform or will it be provided by another party - eg in Indonesia, TikTok shop is actually Tokopedia shopping site & you can buy the product within the TikTok app without being directed back to Tokopedia.

Bitcoin is garbage. Tech is great, but as an investment its NOT valuable. Not if you can replicate bitcoin code perfectly and create a replica. No finite supply.

One small problem. Trump can ban Tic Tok in 30 sec flat. All other “western” vassal states will follow in 5 sec.😂 Building a business on Amazon controlled platform is tricky, building it on the CPC platform is insanity.

I agree with so much of what you guys discuss, but I can’t support Pauline Hanson. Claiming it’s “freedom of speech” to tell someone to “piss off back to Pakistan” is just racism. There’s a reason the judge ruled against her. Speech that crosses into racial vilification isn’t protected in a lawful society. Freedom of speech isn’t a free pass. You can’t walk up to a cop and yell, “Go fuck yourself” without facing consequences. Similarly, convincing someone vulnerable to harm themselves or harassing a minor isn’t “just speech”, it’s harmful and has legal limits for good reason. Supporting someone who disregards these boundaries undermines the diverse, multicultural society we live in. I love your podcast and the tough conversations you tackle, but this one is a miss for me. Let’s challenge ideas without condoning speech that tears people down.
