A Pod packed full of nuggets of information and inspiration. Thanks to all involved. One question for the boys. How much do they allocate to provide amenities to each block Eg. Water, power and so on?
It’s a good question but a hard one to answer as it is always site specific. I might make a rough estimate based on the slope of the property and distance from services and then if my rough feaso stacks up we will get our engineer to put some rough numbers together to firm up our assumptions. I ran 3 feasibilities today for example and I had $80k a lot for civil construction for 2 simple projects and another was $250k a lot as we have to import a huge amount of fill to the site so there can be quite a range in the numbers, further to this the 21 lot project I was speaking about on the pod is around $190k a lot for the civils. Hope that helps

These two are very special guys. So grounded. Zero ego. Huge results. Willing to help. Not something you find every day.
I liked this episode as I know nothing about how to manufacture wealth through the method discussed. I'm looking forward to learning more about it.
It’s an amazing strategy.

For as long as Councils have power to control land release, we will always have housing problem
