      Hi, There really is hope so I'm glad that the podcast inspired you. I know times are different now but I can say with my hand on my heart that my first transaction into the property market required a lot of thinking outside the box and its this sort of teaching I'm wanting to get out there. Thankyou Ney, Regards Dominic

    This was sooo much more informative than the courses I've been to in the past (incl ones you mentioned). It reinvigorated me to get back to stuff I "knew" & lost faith in. I'd sign my nephews up for Dom's course in a nano second.

      Hi Andrew, Like you I could talk about property all day and everyday. I absolutely love this topic. We live in a country, where with a bit of knowhow the Australian dream of owning a property is possible. I know in these challenging times, it may not appear that this is not possible but with some knowledge I can tell you that it is possible. Its about being educated and getting the right team behind you, feel free to reach out if I can be of help , regards Dominic

    Thanks Dom. This was really interesting. Property development could either make you a ton of money or make a mistake. The cost of property in Australia seems to require people to know what they're doing and/or have the funds in a group or individually. For beginners it appears challenging. I'm Interested how small groups of people without particularly deep pockets can begin on this path and succeed together sharing the risk and reward. Cheers.

    • @the.invisible.architect
      @the.invisible.architect 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi, Thankyou for watching. It can seem challenging to make money with property but pulling your funds together with a group of people is the best way. It al starts off by determining what each member wants from a property transaction you undertake together. This will then determine the structure you establish to ultimately buy a property. It may be that some members just want to make a profit from a property transaction while others want to keep something. If you would like to know more I'm happy for you to reach out and we can have a further chat, regards Dominic

    • @UnemployableMedia
      @UnemployableMedia  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You're right, property development in Australia can be tough for beginners. Small groups can succeed by pooling resources and expertise through joint ventures, syndication, or even crowdfunding. The key is clear communication, a shared vision, complementary skills, and a strong legal framework. It's a long-term game, but with the right team, you can achieve great things!

    Thank you to Adam, Eric and James for another fantastic episode. Thank you, Dominic, for sharing your expertise, I learnt a lot from you, took so many notes. My husband and I joined Dymphna's Iloverealestate as Quantum members. I am currently going through the training information. But I think what is missing is having someone like yourself in your corner which we desperately need. We have failed badly so far in our investment journey currently trying to sell a bad investment now which we will be lucky to sell for what we owe on it. We definitely need to do JVs to start with at least as we do not have the finances thanks to our bad investment choices. We are both 59 and it's a bit scary still having a large mortgage at our age. We desperately need help would be very interested in working with you and you mentioned you are creating a course, very interested in that.

      Hi Karen, don't be discouraged many people including me have gone through some challenging times regarding property ownership. Though property is still a great way moving forward because its tangible, you can see it and it does have the capacity for growth. I think you are right about many of the courses out there. They are great but I believe we nee a more fundamental basic approach too. I'm looking forward to helping as many people as possible . Regards, Dominic

      It's great you're seeking help! Joint ventures are a great way to start, especially with limited finances. Dominic's course sounds like it could be a valuable resource. Keep an eye out for it and consider seeking a mentor for personalized advice. You're not alone, and it's never too late to turn things around. Good luck!
