Exsim has launched Aldenz, just next to D vine, on that commercial plot of land. So the swimming pool view will eventually be the Aldenz blocks view. All of these building seem to be very close to each other
I guess it can only have more and more launches moving forward. Hope the lifestyle and convenience of all the amenities at the door step (alfresco dining, retail lots, 10-acres outdoor park...etc) will make up for the densed environment.

@@thebigblueblob Thnx for the compliments. Premium, definitely yes. How much more, I guess that is the subjective part, which is hard to put a % to it. And this itself depends on how nice and majestic is the waterfall. If it's a continuous stream, which is not likely the case, as I don't see a source up there at higher grounds, then yes, definitely a decent premium. From what I think, it'll only be occasional, when there is heavy rain. Just my 2 cents.
@@JackChang27 thanks for your input. you are right, it's not continuous. but after a heavy rain, the waterfall will be visible for quite some time and it is quite nice. i've seen it live and someone actually uploaded a video on YT recently as well (search for waterfall central park damansara).
Noise wise, it's fine and acceptable to me, even for lower floors. This is because, the position of D' Vervain is further in and not along the main road itself, unlike D' Cosmos or D 'Quince. But as far as being dusty, can expect that to be around for the next few years, since there's still a large chunk of land in front of D' Vervain that is still undeveloped.
Main difference will be on the utilities rate, although it's possible to appeal and change to commercial rate. Also, taxes are higher for commercial title residences.

Is the noise/dust from the highway bad? I have an upcoming unit facing the main road n i usually like to open my windows and balcony during the day
