The gym looks absolutely stunning! It screams luxury all around. The long mirror wall and the box-up plaster ceiling with the spotlight adds a nice ambience to the gym.
Outside, the pool in the centre of the development with the lounge chairs looks very inviting.
Opposite the development, well within walking distance, you have a nice al fresco retail lots which are very bright and cheerful. It isn't part of the this condo, but it's within the master plan that this residence resides in.
But, more importantly, with all the awesome facilities and the ideal neighborhood, this development is actually an affordable housing project, a RumaWIP/Residensi Wilayah!!! Can you believe that?
Hence, this project ranks as the BEST Residensi Wilayah project that I've seen to date!!
