This is for just a breast if doing a whole turkey then double everything. 1 1/2 gallon of water 1/2 cup salt 1/2 cup sugar ( brown sugar or regular sugar) 2 oranges (cut into 1/4) 1 lemon ( cut into 1/4) 2-3 pieces of garlic Sprig of rosemary Sprig of thyme Sprig of sage 2 bay leafs Heat salt, sugar, and water till dissolved do not boil. Add the rest of the ingredients. ...

    Also helps to clean the probe side of the temp gauge. A lot of build up and it won’t read properly.

    Your video could have been an hour long and I would have watched it! This was great, you had some nice looking food and a great cooking set up in your back yard. Too bad for the rain, but at least you were covered, and I bet the smoke smelled great under cover. I like these kinds of vids because everyone is so chill and having a good time.     No wonder why ya'll don't get the good beef in Kentucky...you have no idea how to cook a steak. And you grill asparagus right on the grill...ya'll don't have aluminum foil in Kentucky? Ya know when you could wrap that asparagus up with some butter and that W sauce? Maybe a little garlic. 😂 I'm just giving you a hard time brother.. I live in Oklahoma, but one whole side of my family came here from Kentucky.

      Thanks for watching I appreciate it. Many different ways to cook a good steak. As far as the asparagus goes that how we like it. Can’t get no char on them if it’s wrapped in foil. Little olive oil salt pepper and straight on the grates. Don’t knock it till you try it

      Thanks for watching I appreciate it. It depends on how hot the griddle is and how thick your burgers are. I usually go about 4-5 minutes per side with the griddle at about 350-400 degrees

    That steak was absolute perfect medium at 140 degrees. While I like mine with a little bit more char, there was absolutely nothing wrong with those rib eyes. Damm good video.

    You have the same one that I have with cover to hang the cover do you have to take the drip pan off the back because it gets in the way with hanging the cover

      Yes I understand that but when I did the ice bath test on the thermometer they was way off. Cheap thermometer from amazon. I bought new ones but the threads on them are to small for the holes that’s there. Thanks for watching I appreciate it.

      No sir I sure haven’t. Wife is afraid she won’t like them and she won’t get to eat any. So I haven’t yet played with any other seasoning

      @Off the Walls BBQ & More if i may. Id recommend accent seasoing. Get a small bottle and you can sprinkle it on one or two to give a testing. It brings out alot of good flavors in meat.

    You have to smash within the first 30 seconds of putting the burger down, and hold for at least 10 seconds to get that reaction. Smashburgers can be amazing if done right, these were just smashed burgers, hopefully they still tasted alright.
