SDSBBQ Thanks for watching I appreciate it. They are great just don’t leave them hanging to long or you’ll be picking them out of charcoal. 2 1/2 hours is as long as I’ve ever hung a rack. But mostly I go by color and feel
Man those look awesome! Where you at in Ky, I’m down in zip 41203. Do you care to share in a video where you have your vent set? I always wonder if mines set decent on mine and there’s no one local to compare it to. I’ve never wrapped mine and put them back in before. I’ve got the junior so I’d be pressed for room trying to lay them on the grate wrapped.
Nevercouldfigureitout Thanks for watching I appreciate it. I’m in Bardstown 40004 zip. I have mine set at 1/4 inch. It works great and I’ve never moved it since I set it. I like to wrap speeds up the cook and it don’t let them get to smoky.
Off the Walls BBQ awesome man. I just subbed the other day and have fun though about all your videos. When I heard your voice I said he sounds too like me to be from northern Ky lol. Keep up the good work sir.
Good looking Ribs! Loved that membrane removal technique! Thanks for the shoutout! #TeamSuckleBusters 👊🏼
Thanks for watching brother I appreciate it. Yeah they was really good. Wife loved it as well. I’ll be trying that 1836
Finger licking good! I just bought a ring to try hanging ribs on and cooking them in my UDS. I'm looking forward to seeing how they turn out.

@@offthewallsbbqmore4821 Ive seen people put a rack over the charcoal basket to catch the ribs (or whatever) in case they fall. I'll be doing that.
