      Jacklyn n dad Thank you for watching I really appreciate your support. Yeah it’s great mac & cheese. Just with the extra sharp white cheddar and to much smoke it was bitter. But the first time in did it in the oven fantastic. Hope your having a great weekend

      Ric’s BBQ & Specialties Thanks Ric I appreciate you watching. Oh it fire it’s just to much smoke with that extra sharp white cheddar. Made it kinda bitter. The first time I didn’t smoke it and it was great

    Nice video brother! let me start by first saying that meat looked like it was going to be off the chain!! and the smoker is KILLER BRO!! I love it! My question is how long did you leave it on the smoker uncovered?

      Thanks brother I appreciate your support. I left it on the smoker about 40-45 minutes. The recipe is really good just to much smoke flavor especially with extra sharp white cheddar I was using. But I will redo the video in a day or so.
