Nice video brother! let me start by first saying that meat looked like it was going to be off the chain!! and the smoker is KILLER BRO!! I love it! My question is how long did you leave it on the smoker uncovered?
Thanks brother I appreciate your support. I left it on the smoker about 40-45 minutes. The recipe is really good just to much smoke flavor especially with extra sharp white cheddar I was using. But I will redo the video in a day or so.
