7:55 You can tell what special the Muspah will use based on whether it starts in its ranged or melee phase. If it starts in ranged it will always do the clouds first and vice versa with melee and homing spikes. What phase it's in when it starts the special doesn't matter, only what phase it's in when the fight starts.

where do you get carls armor from?

Fighter Torso is insanely good for the stat requirements and the method of obtaining it. It rivals the Bandos Chestplate which was arguably the Best-in-slot till Torva was added. That being said I don't think it's as essential as everyone makes it out to be. Not because the BCP is better because obviously you can get a Torso faster than the gp for a BCP, but because in terms of efficiency it simply isn't worth getting. Lets say on task where the usage of a Torso is most prominent; your max hit is around 40 using an Abyssal Whip which is a realistic damage number for anyone in the market of going for a Torso. A Torso would effectively increase your overall DPS by about 2.5%. Going by the best case scenario; if you're efficient at BA and have the best case scenario of a 4 hour run you'll need to fight using your Torso on task for 160 hours to break even. If you already have 99 Strength with a max hit of around 50 and you calculate for a more realistic 6-8 hours at BA you can bump that average time to break even up to 300-400 hours. In reality you're not using a Torso for 160 hours going for 99 Slayer. More often than not you need to bring Ranged Armor to counter Magic damage or higher defense armor to deal with enemies like Black Demons unless you want to resupply on food every 5 kills because they hit through a Torso like it's not even there. In scenarios where defense is less important or not important at all you're better off bringing Void or if you don't have that use Obsidian. In some scenarios it's better to forego melee entirely. I'd like to dispel the notion that defense doesn't matter. The main argument is that if you do more damage you kill the enemy faster so you take less damage. That makes sense in theory, in reality if you're fighting stronger enemies on task you'll spend more time eating and resupplying rather than actually fighting the enemies if you're wearing dps armor. It's still better if you know how to Prayer flick and damage becomes a non-issue though. My point is that I think the Torso while really good, in terms of efficiency it's not worth getting because you're unlikely to break even unless you're already going for elite diaries.

Good guide, except for the green ball; how the fuck do you just say "it does 74 damage". You can bounce the ball between players to minimize damage until it disappears,also the damage is a 75% of your max hp level. What an ignorant tip.

anyone watching during leagues? Fuck this shit is aids w/ range im just gonna grind bandos first and use that as tank gear, pray mage untill magic guy is dead then pray melee and take out main boss. Gonna use onyx bolts with t6 range hopefully out heal the damage and only pray pot for mage minion.

Those safe tiles are good, I always made sure I got on one of the starting tiles before it would proc his spec. Also just turn on redemption just in case!
