Hey Cassey! I went to True Results on 1960, had surgery on 4/27/16 in south Houston. you are doing great. Thank you for your motivation. Have a great week.

I've just started watching your videos! Fabulous! I'm actually in Houston today. I live in Odessa and have began my journey. Surgery date is not set yet. Should be by thanksgiving in hoping. Thank you for sharing.

Awe, well sorry for the stall sweets, but glad you had a great trip out in New York, sounds like it was fun. I do the same shit, I get comfortable at a weight, think I am looking damn good, and start to revert back to old habits. I have been hitting my hand lately to get myself to stop doing that. Its a fight, but we are both doing a damn good job this time I think. Big hugs!
