I owned 1979 Old 5.7 350 Disel Engine for Delta 88 that failed at 60K starting with water pump and fall off balancer while driving cost $950.00 in 1984. The new engine cost 2.5K and last 33 K with water bound back and forced and $899.99 injector cleaning did not help. We junked the car for $35.00 after spending 4K in 2 years fixing engine. That end our relationship with all US made vehicle!
Ford should have kept the 7.3 litre diesel engine
Don't forget the 5.4 litre Ford V8 truck engine
THey did. THis was a waste.
You missed the Ford 5.4 V8
Good one!
@Brad5349 What? They Are Very Reliable 2V 5.4
I love your metaphors they are hilarious 😂, but accurate 👌 🤣
Hey pay shareholder and get rid of the knowledge
GM came equipped with planned obsolescence

I’m pretty sure behind every engine failure is a penny pinching accountant.
