Buspar is for anxiety but it's not like valium etc. Now, Effexor (sp) can come in time-released and should not be crushed. Both drugs basically act like an anti-depressants and prob don't get ppl high. Both are used with anxiety/panic disorder patients... Follow the doctor's orders.

I have a bother there now n has done the same .hes bin in for 30 yrs all alone.... no family. No letters.no calls. No visits .no money. This is an emotional support animal this is not a service animal unless it’s task trained to do tasks to help with a specific disabilities. This sounds like an esa which means they have no public access anyways. Also if this so called service animal was not behaving like a service animal they can legally be removed and also federal buildings DO NOT HAVE TO ALLOW SERVICE ANIMALS 🤷‍♀️sorry this person is beyond uninformed. So I want to say to the lady that I'm so sorry for what's happening. This is traumatizing and the authorities meant to help don't know the laws. It sounds like you have a task trained SD that has gone through a owner training co-op program, I don't doubt the legitimacy of your disability or your dog's training. However, the ADA excludes service dogs with a bite history. It happens, dogs are dogs, but Scout legally needs to be pulled from working in public. It's not worth the liability and any further stress you may feel. You mention Scout is a bully breed, due to the breed's history and liability/insurance issues, I would think twice about putting him in another situation where this could happen again. It's for the safety of Scout as much as you and the public. What has your trainer/program that you worked with said regarding the incident? I hope you are able to find a solution that allows Scout to visit your son. This situation is heartbreaking, sending love to your family and Scout as well. To the man speaking in this video: I know you are advocating for disabled people, and thank you for that. This was a well done interview. You should have known that dogs with a bite history are no longer protected under the ADA though. Disability discrimination is a huge issue for the prison system, any story helps, but this time they were right in banning the dog. Advocacy and education only help if they are factual. Otherwise you are doing a disservice to Service Dogs and their handlers. Standards are set for a reason, and that reason is to protect people and our freedoms. The USA allows for people to train their own service dogs, and having a SD with a bite history puts a bad name for the whole community.
