Hello Shane I’ve received some stuff from the same company down in the south coast. The paper work they sent was a so called court order with a printed name. There’s been a letter forwarded to them that there acting illegally.

Why waste time and energy argueing with these people? For TH-cam views? Get on with your life.

They told me they was having my car .. they was wrong .. they certainly didn’t

The company is called High court enforcement 😂 and innocent until proven guilty and also registered keeper does not mean you own the car

My brother had trouble like this, a person managed to obtain 2 iphones on contract using my brothers address and apparently the person sat on my brothers door step while my brother was at work waiting for the DPD van,my brother had to phone to try and remove these phone contacts from his address,the first he heard of it when he received threatening letters..it was also reported to the Police

He was being more reasonable than many have been and you were being pretty awkward, but the whole bully-boy process is flawed.
