I mean this in a really polite way but I don’t think anyone cares about all the readings from the box guys 😂 the allergens, traffic light system, ingredients etc
I notice you do spend a while doing that on every video but
we just want to get on to the food. People can pause if they want to read from the box. I know I’m not the only one that skips forward until you’ve moved on from the box as I know quite a few ppl that do the same.
Please take this only as constructive criticism. A bit too long on the slow-mo’s too. Sorrry 🙈❤
But you want to keep peoples attention and there’s a danger of losing it when spending too long on certain bits that aren’t necessary.
Hi Ashleigh, Great to read your comment. This has been raised before and on asking there was a majority responding that wanted to keep it.

@@ShaneAndLisa I enjoy the back of the pack and traffic light section, but I do think the food cinematic shots are a bit long considering it only has background music - if there was narration over the top it would be fine, we watch the videos for your thoughts and personality, not the music! Hope my input was okay.
But can’t you just pause and read that if you want to? As many people dont. It doesn’t all need to be read out to us. That’s my point. ☺️

Would love it if for the cinematic food shots you did a parody of the old M&S adverts! 'This isn't just any pasta... This is a Shane and Lisa yellow sticker pasta...' Or something along those lines, I'm sure you'd make it your own!! Loving the videos 💞

@connorlowe4780 Hi Connor, haha yeah although usually what ends up on the plate IS any old pasta haha. There is more we want to do with the filming. Having a try out with the slow motion/cinematic was our first paddle so to speak. As soon as that record button is pressed things usually go south. The first slow-mo video... about 10 videos back you may have noticed the colour was way off. A few videos later and we worked out what the issue was white balance settings. I can say that definately looked like a major letdown. Initially i thought oooh this is going to be awesome but then seeing the end result i was sad. The pasta they used is my favourite and i always buy it. 3 meatballs wow the chichuahua's would be happy as they would get 1 each. 0/5 i think.
I dont normally recommend stuff but my last iceland order i bought some youngs scampi bites which are only £1. Next time you go to iceland pick up a pack and see what you think. Thats if you like scampi.
Ive also just ordered one of those air fryer things so im interested to see if they make better chips lol.

Is that the Popcorn Scampi Bites? £1 is a good price, not sure we have tried them yet so thank you for recommending we shall give them a try.

the energy ya made to make this video could of been better served if ya actually cooked food yourself instead of a microwavable meal, just saying
A very valid comment. Some viewers want to see ready meals, some cooking, some Too Good To Go, some hauls. There is no one video fits all and we understand that. Statistically the viewing figures show more watches on microwave meals than when we take the time to plan and cook something which takes more time and energy. The analytics would point us towards the audience generally being happier with one button meals. The other conclusion from the YT analytics are that our 'cooking videos' are rubbish which may be the case. Overall we are have a shakeup on filming, trying a few things out and seeing how changes pan out.
