M&S Shanghai beef noodles are one of my favourite treats ive not got a big tolerance for spice but these are mild just right

The price is high because you can buy every ingredient listed on the pack from a supermarket - and that's actual chicken pieces.

I think they expect you to boil some rice then put half on one plate to make it serve 2 people. Price wise i would avoind it even at teh reduced cost. Admittingly it does look good
You're right, the pack said 2 servings. Thinking about this though, one pack of curry 350g, one pack of rice 350g = 700g divided by two comes in at 350g. Interested to see if we can find any more meals weighing in at 350g elsewhere. We had seen some 375g but wonder now if 350g is coming to supermarket shelves all round...
Good meal but was marked down slightly on price.

@@ShaneAndLisa I just looked in my freezer and found out that the youngs admirals pie is only 300g which explains why its just potato and sauce lol. I think its shrinkflation at its best.
Weather has been nice here but met office keep lying to me as its supposed to be raining and ive not seen a drop lol. Tomorrow its supposed to be cloudy and rain all day but we will see.
300g at least dickturpin wore a mask haha. Yes the weather is random at the moment.

Waitose has dropped the standard

I usually love Waitrose but this is a massive let down for the price !

Our perception is as time progresses there appears less and less in the bags from the big stores, the smaller and independents seem to offer much more as seen in the Olawa Bakery bag. Best wishes, Shane and Lisa xx
