i want to know how to save phenotypes? i try to save by 'data output', but it's faile.whether i should exchange basic type in grasshopper, then to save.but i still want to regulate size of grid in x/y direction

Wouldn´t "stremlineng data as Fitness Objective" mean that the algorythm will now try to MINIMIZE what before was treated as data? For example: if one of my data is Gross Floor Area but my fitness objective is to contain this GFA within a certain domain, connecting both the GFA measurement as well as the FO as a domain (as per your other video) would be interpreted by wallacei as two separate and conflicting optimizations (I want GFA to be between A nd B, not 0 -, wouldn´t it? Surely, not being able to see any data before exporting solutions is user unfriendly, mostly because the FO are formulas that servethe minimization strategy - but may not represent the actual values users are after.

I had to read the description to understand that Wallacei X always tries to get the value towards 0. For some reason this was unclear throughout the whole tutorial series, would be nice to have such critical information upfront, thanks for this amazing plugin!

If I understand the latest update (2.5) correctly, users no longer have to worry about disabling irrelevant components, as the evolutionary solver now only runs the connected parts. Please, correct me if I'm wrong.

Very impressive.but I have some trouble with the version 2,6.When I open up the example files,I found that the fitness value graph is different from the Primer 2.0.In the Primer 2.0,the first gen is red,but the example files is blue?Is there something wrong or it's just my misoperation

Hello! while i understand it is optimising the solar radiation, does it do so by altering the form of the building/structure in the middle to fit these parameters? and goes through different iterations to achieve the form that optimises all the parameters? the random seed name isn't too intuitive having in mind what the same name is used for in grasshopper random node, i think you could change it into 'results randomization" checkbox
