3:52 That headstock looks weird. D eluxe? Why is the D misaligned and why is it in different color than the rest of the letters? weird. Sounds decent. As I understand, the pickup is some sort of spin-off of Black winter. Definitely has similar top frequencies.

Thank you for demonstrating the clean sounds first. That is how I evaluate all pickups - need to hear the clean sounds. And extra thanks for demonstrating the “both pickups” sounds on each guitar. So many people demonstrate only the neck and bridge sounds. The P90s sounded great with both. Overall, I liked the minis the best. A bit less output than the full buckers - excellent clarity in all settings.

I love solid state but they make guitars sound out of tune

To me, they all produce one sound with a ridiculous amount of gain. Why wouldn’t they include a gain control to clean up the sound?

I have the same one in Heritage Cherry. They have done an awesome job with the Inspired By Gibson Epiphones. Great guitar for the money. Close to a Gibson for a quarter of the price.

It'd be interesting to see the same comparison, but instead of using a solid-state power amp for the Fractal, using a valve one to see if that brings it closer to the real amp in sound and feel.

In Europa, this low level branch brand guitar manufacturer costs around 1000€, Jeeezzz... Either manufacturers or dealers are taking folks for fools, no ? At such a price point, you would be beter served with a korean or japanese made instrument...
