We stayed a week at Hot Springs Off Road Park in Hot Springs, AR and checked out downtown bath houses and more. We had no one to ride with and tried to go out alone, which ended in disaster when Lindsay slipped on a rock and took a hard fall! We ultimately wound up calling 911 due to the pain being so bad that Lindsay actually passed out!

Better safe than sorry! Back injuries are no joke plus we were heading to an area far away from any medical services.
I joke about being an Arkie sometimes. All my family is from there, an I want to move back there soon. The state is beautiful, an the people are great. An yes Arkansas gets a bad rap. But alot of that is from outsiders that don't know how to act, its usually their own fault.
There’s folks like that in every state. West VA gets a bad rap too but it’s one of our favorites with some great people, just like Arkansas!

I’m from Louisiana but frequently offroad in northern Arkansas. If you’ve only wheeled in Hot Springs then you’re missing out on how truly one of a kind the state is. The Hot Springs Offroad Park has been incredible on our trips there but the national forests is where the true adventure lies. While it did seem like you guys were throwing shade with some saving grace remarks tossed in, you’re honestly missing out if you go from offroad park to offroad park.
@@TravelinCatfish we do so much more than just off road parks. We went to Hot Springs State Park, checked out the bath houses and ate downtown, and me and my boy went fishing while there too. We stay in state parks all over the country and visit the most amazing places lol.

So, the Buggy can't start? That'd help..... Also, I had to do the teathering of the two jumper cables for more length, and the fools at my old job didn't think of that, but they'd like to call me the idiot, and blame everything on me!
Yeah the buggy was running. It was working, it was just slow and I was able to get a jump instead of waiting 🤘
I was shocked to see they have duck boat rides there. After about 8 years ago one sank at Branson Mo and 17 people were trapped under the roof. Three people in charge were charged with 17 counts of manslaughter. They closed it down after that

That's not a trickle charge, just another parallel battery. I have jumped off a bunch of vehicles with a 18v tool battery and a piece of 12/2 romex
@@bartfoster1311 I just used the phrase “trickle charge” lightly cause it was charging, just very slow
Trickle charging like that just evens out the batteries and on 24v systems like that, will take forever. Judging by the buggy, it probably has a pretty good alternator which would speed the process up
@@sdPhresh it was working but it was real slow. The truck is a 12V system as well. The buggy has 2 batteries so I was hoping it would go faster but the truck batteries were almost completely dead.

This is a small channel, and it’s just some humor about other bad things that happened to us in Arkansas that our regular viewers know about. We had no idea the video would get so many new views and we don’t actually have any hard feelings about Arkansas.
@@TaltonOffroadTravel we have many off road groups here in Arkansas. Christian crawlers, ATV and 4x4. Is one of them. Don’t go out alone. We have groups running every weekend in the summer. Sorry she was hurt & is ok, but the rocks are very slick when it rains. Don’t dis Arkansas because there are some very beautiful places here. Come back and go to the Ozarks. You won’t regret it.
It's just some humor from past things that went wrong when visiting Arkansas. We don't really hate it and we never imagined so many new viewers would see this video. There was another disaster last year when heading to Little Rock.

@@loveskynyrdnation I didn’t sense anything evil but I will say there was awkwardness all the time. Like all the encounters with people there were just awkward lol. I’m not the only one who’s felt that way either from discussing it with people 🤣
