On one hand I'll never forgive Games workshop for their incredibly stupid move to punish fans that created free publicity for IP they love with cease and desist orders, but on the other we might not have gotten Hunter: A parenting, Zero Viscosity, and Norfolk wizard game without it happening and I absolutely love those series

This game is fantastic

This is probably the best trailer for "Bloodlines 2" so far.. it instills some hope that it might be a good VtM game.. however, it probably won't be an actual successor. I will buy it because it IS a VtM Game and I passionately love this franchise/universe but I'll keep my expectations low.

I always love the WOD so any format is always enjoyable. I must say I am sad to see my Salubri are as always under represented but I can understand why due to their place in modern nights.

I see some changes and honestly they give me hope. Still Wakes the Deep is an amazing game - I believe you can make Bloodlines 2 decent too.

Hey developers, if you're reading this, I hope you don't go too far off from the first game, I really want you to make a good game with some old school RPG elements. Be innovative yes, make something new and cool, but, don't do what Bioware just did with Dragon age, the backlash from that game was just rough. Best of luck!

My sister collects Blythe dolls too 😂 this also reminds me an interview I saw about a James Cameron when he was directed the titanic. Apparently he had very in depth backstories for all characters (even the extras) in the film. Honestly I’ve never really watched it. Or don’t remember doing so I don’t actually know if I’d personally like it, but it was objectively very successful. A smaller but denser game world, with deeper lore, character interactions, and worldbuilding, is why i love games like deus ex. I know vtmb is even considered to be an immersive sim by some people. The opportunity to sire our own childe would be very cool!

The ability concept is actually REALLY COOL. I hope you guys can pull this one off!

I hope they use the name Bloodline 2 well and it's not just for advertising, it's not a simple linear and square game.

Atmosphere: cool. Voice acting: sweet. Animations... look like someone broke the drive those were stored on so they had to redo it in 16 hours.

I hope the game is a worthy successor to the first Bloodline and hopefully it will be open world too so we can explore that world and use the vampire powers, explore the city at our leisure and stuff like that.

Knowing that the Chinese Room has taken the reigns actually gives me a bit of hope. Still Wakes The Deep was a stunning horror experience with great narrative and atmosphere. They might actually pull this off with what they've been given to work with.

Hello to the developers of Vampire Bloodlines 2 That's a really good trailer. Especially the blood resonance is really excellent. But I wonder what about public transport. Such as bus, subway, car, taxi, bicycle or motorcycle. You could also incorporate this into the game. Which would make the player's time easier. As an old vampire, he has to adapt to modern society. You could still do this if you watch the person calling a taxi or getting on the train or bus. You could just imitate people's behavior. To get through the night faster. That would be more than, reality. Incorporate public transport. That makes things much more lively in a big city. I would be very happy to receive feedback

Jokes aside, really glad to see even more veteran storytellers giving their perspective on the World of Darkness, it's a really great "Passing of the torch" kind of thing, even if (hopefully!) they'll remain telling beautiful chronicles for a bit longer.

SoS was the best v5 actual play show. Ava's character arc/development were great (along with everyone else).

The previous studio's work felt more like Bloodlines. I get the feeling it kinda lost the open worldness for a more streamlined approach. Also feels like it lost the Bloodline's "You are a newbie in this world" feel. This one just doesn't feel like a Bloodlines game to me. Feels more like an offshoot in the same universe

So I play the original Bloodlines from time to time and it still holds up on atmosphere and story. My question would be this. Is this hoing to be a Vampire game or your version Dragon Age Veilguard? If you are going with the Veilguard route you know that the extra dev time and money has been wasted. If you made an actual Vampire game you might actually have the sleeper hit of the year here.
