Nice feeling to serve for the public with compliment. No charge ❤
Interesting recipe ❤
I can't be the only one who whistles the intro 😂
I ❤❤❤❤❤
I have a recipe book sitting on a tray next to where I eat breakfast most days. It's called 'Scandinavian Cooking', by Tina Nordstrom .Very nice book I checked out of a local library. And now it's in my Amazon cart. Very interesting video. I might be partial since I'm completely Scandinavian ancestry.
We miss you guys dearly. Hope this finds you well. Love from NYC
The dry humour is perfection, and i love the simplicity of the ingredients and methods!
I have been to Sweden many times, and I used to watch this cooking show on TV here in the US (on PBS, I think). Glad I found this!
Yep...a lot of positives but who guts the fresh fish you've just caught? If you're going to authentic, real...then I suggest you fulfill all the tasks.
Where are your videos? I suggest shutting up.
I love your recipes from Norway thanks you are the best fun to make it at my home kitchen from supermarket ingredients in the U.S.A 🇺🇸💯👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
By far the most beautiful cooking show out there I think.
Fy fan vad vackert vårt kära grannland är 😍 Kärlek från Sverige 🇸🇪❤️🇳🇴
x what a handsome man that Ovin is
I love fish…I mean I really love fish and can’t eat it everyday, but it has to be cooked for me. Even if it’s cooked ceviche style (Ceviche is a seafood dish where diced cubes of raw fish, marinated in a lemon or lime juice mixture), I prefer it cooked at least lightly the traditional way: steamed, grilled, boiled, sautéed, stewed, etc.
My fondest dream would be to be able to afford a lighthouse and live there.
Watch and rewatched your videos over the years. Never this one because I'm not a mackerel fan. Do love the fresh lemon in a can! Funny. Love rhubarb and was just telling my neighbor about serving it with fish. Got "that" look.
Tina, I’ve watched many of your New Scandinavian Cooking episodes and love them all. You’re adding well to my already capable cooking skills. I really like your energy, your vitality and your lovely, quirky-fun Swedish looks. Can’t get enough of you it seems. Thank you!
It did not originate there!
I love this program. It has travel, a great host and cooking tips. Thank you!
The stores sadly only want to import produce, because they can make a serious profit. Potato farmers never know if stores will buy their crops. Last year, most potatoes came from abroad. while Norwegian potatoes were refused to be sold and rotted away. Meanwhile, prices rose over 30% for everyone. The farmers are in decline and in danger of dying out with the insane eu regulations and corporate regulations..
It has to do with in the equator the eyes go towards equator and North America we call that a found a cuz the eye goes the other way
Sorry rosemary 🤢🤮 tastes like pine needles to me I know all you fancy shelves use it maybe I'm using it wrong I have no idea but it tastes like Christmas pine trees to me
I really enjoyed how you used fire and minimal ingredients! Looks amazing. :)
Yummy

Salt and sweet can mix well. Just like pancakes with blueberry jam and bacon. Bra film 😎👍
That salad looks amazingly delicious. 😊
I love the pockets full of spices and interesting seasonings. 😅😊
Love to y'all from Georgia, USA.
Cutting down a tree while looking handsome and dapper in his suit.😊
100 Swedish krona for 30 eggs 🤔 About 8.50€ $9.25 £7.25
Love your videos. My wife likes the videos also. Her Father is Norwegian.
Uff-da. As a Norwegian American I love this show. Not only for the food, but the scenery and history. Growing up in a Norwegian farming community in Illinois, I came to love Norwegian peasant food -- Kumla, boiled torsk, Kringlas, pickled herring, lefse (both non-potato and potato lefse -- which we just called potato cakes), rice pudding, Krumkakke, etc. (Lutefisk, not so much). My Grandfather came to the US in 1910. My other grandparents were born here, but their grandparents came here in the 1850's. So the only thing I can say to Andreas is Tusen Takk (or Manga Takk).
My mother Karen Gundersen came from Fredrikstad….. her brother was Ivar who was the manager of Bjellands fish factory and I loved the Gaffelbitter tinned fish… used to go to Slevik ( near Hanke ) as a 7 year old in 1958 and row out in my own without any life belt and catch Torsk ( cod)…. wonderful memories
Thanks for sharing!
I think I already told you this Tina but I live in Michigan and there's a gal she's a server in a really nice family restaurant near where I live and she is your twin and when I showed her she goes oh my goodness I am her twin so sometimes I go see her and she goes well what was I cooking and I tell her all about what you were cooking so we really enjoy you you do a great job and you're beautiful just like my Tina in Michigan
Yummy. ❤
Oooops so sorry Tina. Wrong message to you. Don't know how it happened. Forgive me. I love you & all your video's. I'll have a comment for you as soon as I watch your video.
Full respect bro you’re a good chef
Tina I live in Michigan and I have your twin she is a waitress and my favorite restaurant and her name is Tina and when I go and she looks just like you and when I go and see her I go she goes you are watching me cook weren't you what was I cooking it's so much fun you really are beautiful and so is my team in Clinton Township Michigan
What is that cooking stone called? Where can I buy something like that?
Does it ever get warm there you're always dress for winter almost all the time
I love this gal
I still check in fairly regularly and watch old episodes on yt
But I used to love to watch this show.
You know I used to regularly watch the show faithfully and I usually watched it on CREATE TV. I really miss it and I understand some of the chefs moved on to other pursuits. I miss when the world was normal.
You know JRT largely used the Finnish language, myth & culture along with Icelandic culture for the LOTR series. LOTUS
So the reason I'm living in now looks a lot like this but the region in the up because of the mining industry is filled with Fins and Scandinavians. The landscape is very similar. It makes me very homesick.
Those ngotta 👉🏼
I love this episode, what with the scenery, and Andreas. He makes the whole thing fun.
