Andreas travels by train through the mountainous heart of Norway, between Bergen and Oslo, and cooks a great variety of dishes along the way. Beginning with a shrimp sandwich; and includes a stop at Voss, where an herb-stuffed lamb roll is prepared. I fell in love with this program when it was on PBS and I am glad I can watch it on youtube now. I must say though I only watch this program when Andreas Viestad is the host. He presents the material so beautifully.
