A normal Internet user like (almost) everyone else. I'm mostly to be seen in comments.
Cemstrumental - Game over (Oscilloscope view)
'... So this is it, huh? This is, what it has come to? After everything, I've been through, everything I gave, near-countless struggles through worlds of terror, despair and god knows what, this is, what it all led to? ...
it has all been worthless, from the get-go. This is it. It is game over. It is THE END...
although, it is kind of interesting and maybe even sad, how unfair the world can seem sometimes... or even often.
I have figured all I can do now, is rest here and either wait for some miracle, or wither away.
Farewell, you damn world.'
That is a quote, that I think this track kind of encompasses. Especially the ending.
(I just wrote that quote, as I'm writing this description, but I had similar thoughts, after starting this beat, as it kind of gives me some sort of dystopian feeling)
This was intended to be a Hip-Hop beat, which people may rap to (during the synth, bass and drum solo) and maybe have some hook on the ostinato/jingle parts.
It turned out to be a not-so-suited track for rapping (especially at the drum solo). I don't know, if this would be classified as some Lo-Fi beat. I'd call it... light electro jazz, maybe?
Anyway, this took me quiiite a while to finish. I've been on this for ~4 days and probably spent around 15 hours, just making this. This is probably in my top 5 most elaborate music projects.
This is also one of the beats, where I played an actual bass guitar, to give it a more Hip-Hop-ey feel. I'm not completely satisfied, with how it sounds. I kinda suck, playing any stringed instrument (except keyboards maybe). I probably have a total bass guitar playtime of uh... 20 hours max?
Nevertheless, I still wanted to try that, so that's, how it is.
Alright. Enough yapping and time for some info:
Obviously, this is a cover/remix of the game over fanfare/jingle from Super Mario World, by Kōji Kondō.
Also, this is a reupload, because of some errors with the visuals. Oh well...
The Instruments (Arrangement of the signals):
SPC 700 emulation Bass
Synthesizer Percussion
Lead Kick & Snare
About Lead: It's a combination of SPC 700 emulation & Synthesizer, where they play... the lead/melody and not just an ostinato or accompaniment. (Also I made a mistake in the visual, where 1 glissando isn't in Lead, but it's too late to change that now (I wanted to release this on the 25th (ultimately ruined, since I reuploaded this, fixing this very problem so it really wan't too late to change that... and I've come to realize, that that one glissando still somehow isn't fixed... f**k it)))
About Bass: It's a combination of the bass guitar (duh), SPC 700 emulation & Synthesizer, where they play bass.
About percussion: it's percussion, but without the kick and snare, since that's the job of the Kick & Snare channel.

Cemstrumental - Dial up (56K)
มุมมอง 2262 หลายเดือนก่อน
Good day. I had the idea of transcribing one of the old dial up sounds in Famitracker. Specifically, this audio: freesound.org/people/wtermini/sounds/546450/ The video 'th-cam.com/video/nI3-lyQpFfQ/w-d-xo.html' gave me the inspiration to make an expansion chip version, that sounds a bit more true, to the original, instead. I think, I did a pretty good job. With all the fine tuning and timing, t...

Hello. I'm back with another remix, I made for the SKM camp. It has multiple workshops, such as: Sports, film making, rapping, graffiti and more. It runs for 5 days. At the end, each workshop gets to present their work and achievements. I happened to be at the rap workshop (again) and I contributed to the workshop by (again) remixing the original 'Auf der Straat' (meaning 'on the street') beat....
Face Raiders - Final Stage Boss 1, but with SM64 audio (Oscilloscope view)
มุมมอง 1217 หลายเดือนก่อน
Hello. I was randomly thinking about face raiders and its cool music. I searched up the OST on TH-cam, to give it a listen. Oh boy. It still sounds so cool. Then, I found this video, remixing a track: th-cam.com/video/vklgqFR5P0E/w-d-xo.html. It immediately reminded me of SM64 ROM hacks, I've played in multiplayer with a friend of mine. Anyway, I came upon the comment of @nakedpear3558 , quote ...

มุมมอง 1649 หลายเดือนก่อน
Hello there... I wanted to apologize for uploading stuff so inconsistently. I'm currently kinda flirting with procastination, to be honest. I'm gonna try and fix that. Anyway, I've made a cover of my favourite 5/4 track. Ever since my discovery of Equinox, I've fallen in love with Tim & Geoff Follin's work and it wasn't long, until I stumbled upon Time Trax. I decided to make a cover of one of ...

Hi there. I really have it with those long gaps in my uploads, huh? Nevertheless, I have made a remix of a track's beat, called 'Ein Team' (meaning: 'A team'). Kyū Sawamura - Sonic.exe - Hill Act 1.gym (Piano cover) (Oscilloscope view)

The original, which is an incredible beauty, was made by Kyū Sawamura (F. Hernández). Original: th-cam.com/video/pZ6hSMFi2Qg/w-d-xo.html&t Happy new Year! I didn't do anything for a video about the new year, because I'm a lazy sausage, so I had the idea of recreating Sonic.exe - Hill Act 1 on a piano. I think it turned out quite nice and chilly. This is a piece, which got stuck in my head again...

Hello there. This Video was supposed to come out 2 days ago on halloween (31.10.2021), but my programs said no. Isn't that great? After 3 Straight days of working on this, apparently, I deserved the frustration and imperfection and the fact, that I couldn't upload this on time. Keaton - This is Sparta! Last techno remix (Oscilloscope view)
มุมมอง 2.1K3 ปีที่แล้ว
You know what this is. Yeah, I got an earworm of this today, and thought: Why not make an oscilloscope view of it? Btw, I squeezed the stems down to 8 tracks, so it is bigger and compact. Also: this could theoretically be played on a SNES. It wouldn't even take up too much space, since many parts are reused and looped.

Hey, I read the description, and trust me this amazing. Way better than anything I could make! Merry Christmas too, lol.

Super Mario Soviet Land
some other guy recreated the dial-up sound, but i'm guessing this ones more accurate since the other guy used a square wave
@@Contateste105theguy Yes. Although, even though, they used the 2A03's squares, I think they didn't think too much of the timings and frequencies. It probably was a fun little project.

SMG4 Outro, but it's Scary.
This is one of the most interesting songs ever, a vaporwave remix of a track that got remade to fit on an SNES, and then got covered again by you to fit onto an NES. Magical!
Thank you, very much. Sadly, it doesn't seem to be able to export as a .nsf. you're making some cool stuff, too.
@@cemstrumental Yo, thank you!

Bababoooey!
N163 doing something at a quality is expected But how the heck did you get this to sound muffled
I assume, it's this FamiTracker versoion's audio output settings. I think, it has some treble filtering in the sound settings by default.
FTM PLEASE!

Nice dpcm use
Thank you.
I saw some of your videos, they're pretty awesome, and are you okay? (I saw some old comments, just asking)
I'm completely fine. Thank you for your concern.
Don't worry, I'm also the kind of youtuber that uploads new videos in a yearly basis, if lucky ^^ . Oh, Tim and Geoff Follin. I've also been stuck for years covering the beach theme from Plok! on the 2A03, however, I made the mistake to do it in the NES Follin style. Loved this cover, the DPCM added a nice touch, while keeping the other channels more in line with Follin's NES style.
Thanks for your feedback. You have some pretty creative work. It's a delight, listening to it.
No need to apologise - take as long a break as you want between uploads! Though I know it can suck to procrastinate. I relate to uploading stuff knowing there are imperfections, but it feels like you're so good at this that nobody's gonna notice it haha. This is a fantastic cover of an obscure track (I was only familiar with the main theme which is also a banger).
Thank you a lot, for your support.
what piano vst/preset is this?
Surprisingly, this is the standard grand piano from FL Studio.
Nick when Daisy died:
The registers update so fast :o
Only complaint is that you didn't enable the "View Registers" option
Good point. I always try to make modules work on the oldest FamiTracker version possible and in this one (0.3.0), that option didn't exist, yet.
