My name is Bethan and this channel is all about sharing what I do in my kitchen and garden with you. Since December 2014 I have loved growing my own fruit and vegetables in my allotment in Suffolk. In November 2019 I decided to give up my allotment and grow in my front and back gardens. I have managed to squeeze fruit trees, fruit bushes and many perennial edibles into my existing borders as well as creating new ones.

I love to share my cooking and growing methods with other people and enjoy your comments and advice on my thoughts and ideas. I show my failures (of which there are many) as well as my successes as I want to encourage as many people to grow their own food as possible. I follow the no-dig method of gardening; growing in raised beds and containers wherever possible.
