Enjoyed your video! 310stitcher put me on to you! I just wanted to comment on the price of shipping... our dollar right now is about $.66 to your dollar! When I take a deep breath and order from 123 or somewhere else I have to add that 34% onto each $ US that I spend - the shipping from US to Canada is also +34%... and as 1/2 of our family lives in the States we found out that it is cheaper for us to ship to the US than to ship to another province! I am paying $100 + for each 1/2 yard I buy - and I live 2,000 miles from my nearest shop! Plus you have an amazing variety of shops - not very much here... So - I'm not meaning to make you feel bad - but it could be worse! There is something to be said for 10 x's the population as far as a market goes! Hope to meet you if you go to Stitch North next fall!

You both are absolutely delightful to watch! I laughed out loud so many times - you remind me sooooo much of me and my sister (she's an introvert like Amity, and I'm extroverted like Erinn). I snorted when you (Erinn) told Amity that her Great White Christmas was trash and she should toss it out. I'm SO like that - sarcasm & teasing is absolutely my love language to my perfectionist sister!

In the yarn world, when we buy something we like with no immediate/known plans for a project, we call it “feeding the stash!” So, even if you don’t have plans for any fabric or floss, it’s appropriate to say you’re “feeding the stash.” 😊🤭

It's only a 7 hour and 14min drive from Madison, WI. I would TOTALLY come down for the weekend. And that's what I did with my "Retreat"! I mean, I didn't do a REAL retreat, but I wanted to stitch with people in person for Jen Lee's #24HOCS Marathon so I booked a reasonable, well lit hotel conference room, put it out there that people could come, offered the space, and charged enough to cover the room and some people showed up! We're small, 15-20, but so is the room, but it's a great time :)

My sister just sent me a picture of the mushroom bird from Target. She and my daughter collect them. It sounds like you both had a wonderful time. I think you would design a fun filled retreat.

A stitchy retreat would be great, but just going at all would be amazing! Erinn, I love your nature walk finish those colors are amazing! As I was watching your video - before you got to your Stitch North haul - I was considering signing up for the Tiny Modernist patreon. Now I definitely will. Being in Michigan, we're closer to Canada than many states - we decided to take a beach trip in August and realized it was as far as Cleveland for us.

You two crack me up in the best way. Sounds like you had some fun adventures. I'd love to go to Canada one day and check out all the stitchy fun. Can't wait for more videos from y'all ^_^

Erinn, the fabric you are considering for restarting Winter Snowfall is beautiful, but I think the white stitches would be lost. I would attend your retreat!! I live in Middle Tennessee and we NEED retreats that are closer to home 🥰 I enjoy retreats but I can only afford to attend a limited amount especially if they require extensive travel. I like to look at the vendors goods but honestly I am happy to just hang out and stitch and laugh a lot!

I would absolutely love to go to a retreat in Florence Kentucky. I’ve never been to KY and this would be perfect opportunity!!

For a low key retreat try Crazy Women Retreat in Casper Wyoming (in September) or its sister retreat, Southern Utah Stitchers in St George, Utah (in March, I’m hoping Primrose Cottage will have their store open by then 🤞🏻). If you have a retreat in Florence my daughter and I would love to come, all the way from Southern California! Love your Flosstube!

So glad to see you back. When I saw the length of the video I stopped by the concession stand to get a tub of popcorn, a gallon of soda and a giant box of M&Ms. With plenty of snacks I settled in for the feature length episode. 😂 Your trip to Canada sounded like such fun.

It's only just under a 7 hour drive to Florence KY for me so I say yes to a retreat. Of course Stitch North is only about an hour and a half and I didn't make it there! And did you try the ketchup flavoured chips?

I’d love to go to a retreat in Florence! I’m in East Central Indiana, about 2.5 hours away. I’ve never been to a retreat and would love to try it, but I’d prefer a smaller one for dipping my toe in. So if you go ahead with it, I’m in!
