I just got mine today. I've never owned a keyboard like this before and I'm still learning how to get it to connect wirelessly but the experience of typing on it is great. Nice relaxing key noises and the weight and rubber feet make sure it's not moving at all

Got the same keyboard couple of weeks back. just did a tape mod its sounds amazing. to bad not many videos are out there for this keyboard. and its cheap too.

Have you noticed if this keyboard has any means to do per-key RGB customization? It SEEMS like VIA doesn't let you do that but I haven't been able to find a keyboard specific software that might enable it either and I've been kind of bummed about these recent kbs that only have the preset lighting patterns or all-one-color styles to choose from

I'm... shocked and amazed! It looks and sounds awesome on video. Thanks for the extensive review!! Pretty awesome to see that you take the time to show and talk about its insides. Something might look amazing from the outside but it could be crappy when pulled open and with some boards you're pretty much stuck with the factory config because of how everything relies on eachother for sound or rigidity.

Your vid was everything i needed to know i wanted to know if the keyboard was hot swoppable as i bought akko v3 pro clears for it and some metal keycaps and i needed to know if it had stabilizers and i was worried if it didnt and then i saw it did and now im so happy

Despite the lack of features, it's still a surprisingly good price for a hot-swap. This would have been a good beginner project for me if I would have caught it at that price because I'm still too scared to fully remove the plate and work under there. And I wouldn't have felt bad at all for destroying it if I borked it all up. (Although those weird keycap sizes just confuse me!) I'm super new at all of this and it's just incredible how much there is to everything. You explained everything so clearly and with great visuals. Watching you is slowly building my confidence for wanting to get more involved. Thank you! Congrats on those extra free white particles!

Love the sounds

For someone who doesn't live in the US or doesn't use ANSI, this hobby is really a hassle. I mean, the market is flooded with affordable mechanical keyboards and especially keycaps for the US layout. But it's really damn hard to find something reasonably priced for ISO (non-UK) users. It can become very exoensive and frustrating for someone living outside the US. Sadly.

Man, these are some really nice keyboards. I do agree with you, it is a bit odd that there aren't more parts to customize these with. It's cool that they're so easy to get apart, but I feel like you'd want to cater to those who want high profile keyboards that don't require a lot coming out of the box, but also make it easy to swap things out and go crazy with it. On a side note, I feel like you could clip together your keyboard tapping segments and do an ASMR video. XD It always sounds so nice.

Hey was wondering if you know a way to set the backlights to only one colour? i was hoping to make it all pink but i can only seem to change the patterns of them D:

can you check out hexgears m2? its gasket mounted (which is, insane for a 50 dollar keeb), hotswap, and good aesthetics. if not that womier v-k66 is one of my favorite budget boards for about 20 bucks. i tape modded mine, and it sounds pretty good. you can also get the hotswap version for 10 more dollars. edit: forgot the mention that the v-k66 is also gasket mounted which is absolutely ridiculous for 20 bucks

dudeee i bought the s-k71 but i should have bought this one and modded it for a lot less but putting in some akko switches (lubed) would probably make this a very great super budget build

just got this and tape modded, it sounds great!! i got some foam ,and foam modded it aswell, the ONLY bad thing about this keyboard, is the knob, not being hot swappable, so i cant use my own knob!! but great kb to mod, and end results sounded AMAZING! great video!!
