Hello. I've been working on an asynchronous buck with 120 v input and 24v output. I'm using an Arduino uno for the pwm switching,I keep having my 20x4 lcd becoming distorted the display signal is corrupted this usually happens after a while during charging only. How do I solve this issue?
Probably due to noise. Try looping lcd wires around a ferrite core.

I have 2 more questions. 1. In transmitter, on which pins top up magnetic sensor is connected? 2. And whiere is third pin of float switch is connected?
The top-up sensor is connected to GPIO12. Only two wires from the main float are used. When the main float is in the low position, the receiver will display LOW, and when it is in the high position, it will display HIGH. The main float should have three wires: one common wire and two others labeled NC (normally closed) and NO (normally open). If the receiver shows the wrong position, change NC or NO wire.
So, topup sensor is connected to GPIO12 and 3.3v and two wires from main float sensor (no & nc) are connected to GPIO12 & GPIO13. Did I get it correctly?
The top-up sensor has two wires, and I used a Normally Closed (NC) sensor for this project. One wire is connected to GPIO12, and the other is connected to 3.3V. The main float has three wires: NC (Normally Closed), NO (Normally Open), and Common. For this project, only two wires are needed: Common and either NC or NO. Connect one wire to GPIO13 and the other to 3.3V. When the float switch is in the bottom position, there should be continuity between the two wires; in the high position, there should be no continuity. You can verify this using a multimeter or by checking the receiver display. If the display shows HIGH when the float is in the bottom position, simply swap the NC / NO wires.
might want to research chemical safety, solvents ( some ) can cause severe nerve damage and problems later in life, ( methyl ethyl ketone ) is specularity notorious.
Hi Electro Retro! Nice job teaching us how to make double-sided PCBs using this technique. Could you share the type/brand of solder flux you used, please? Seems very neat in contrast with the ones I have been using.
I used this flux in this video :- sharvielectronics.com/product/solder-and-desolder-flux-10gm/ it's a low cost flux i bought from a local store.

I have a project to measure dc voltage and current from a generator, previously I used a voltage divider circuit and acs712 sensor for measurements. but the acs measurement results are very bad on the esp32, can this ads1115 module help the esp32 in reading the current measurement results?

I have a question, in your RX/TX interface wouldn't the correct connection be crossed? Rx-tx /Tx-rx? In the video it says Rx-rx/Tx-tx.
The labelled TX/RX in arduino uno is atmega328 ic's TX and RX, Its connected to the USB to serial converter ic in the arduino uno. TX to RX, RX to TX. Here we are using Arduino uno's USB to Serial converter IC only.

How to increase input voltage to about 200VDC
It's possible to increase Max input voltage by replacing mosfets, diodes,input capacitors, input voltage dividers and some editing in code. But I don't recommend it, because it's not safe and I didnt test this mppt with more than 90V.

At 11:15 you can see I use a module to supply the mosfet drivers. I used a boost converter here and connected it's input to +12v rail.
