Lovin the paint and army views! Also ty for using Tzeentch Legionaries, love some Tzeentchy bois! I do got a suggestion tho, you guys might want to buy Pop filters for your mics. I can hear a constant pop n smack of saliva bubbles popping and lips opening breaking the seal when yall talk, very distracting audio. Check out the legionary part of the vid or the beginning of Turn 1 for the best audio example of what I'm mentioning. 2:01 4:35

Honestly, I don't like elite vs elite on itd, Loot in particular. It's just a series of duels and the player who gets lucky, takes the room and the objective with little option for plan b/contingency, because other operatives stay in other rooms with other objectives.
RULES EDIT: We have come for you - only deals mortal wounds if the charge is the FIRST action performed.
just a note. terrorchem only works on the resolution of a crit, so if you block a crit in shooting or melee then you dont get poisoned
oh that makes much more sense as to why it does no damage! so i can take the damage OR take 0 but be poisoned. thanks for the note

What an awesome BR!! Yesterday we had the exaclty same question with blast passing through an operative with the engage order and what we concluded, is that since blast says that it is treated as a shooting attack from the operative that was the initial target, the subsequent attacks wouldn't have the lowered dice due to the ITD rule.
I tend to agree with you on this, felt fair to roll in the moment but I'm interested in how people would rule it.

Whaaaaaaaat I play Hunter Clade and have been reading the FAQ update to doctrine imperative wrong, I thought you didn’t apply the depreciation only on the first TP, not whenever you repeat it. I came to check if anyone commented on it, and then check to see if I was crazy, which I am. This is a huge buff for me, I’ve been playing wrong for close to a year lol
RULES EDIT: 10:36 - can't over-watch from conceal and i hadn't flipped anyone so couldn't use the ploy - not that Chris let me use it anyway but he didn't need to use absolute authority here. 13:00 - Hardy is used after the defense dice have been rolled which is much more fair - as there were none me and chris both needlessly spent 1 CP each so .... Also - this didn't happen but a clarification but blast kills are simultaneous (someone left this in the comments although i can't see this now as i make this comment) but it was cleared up in an Errata so if a medic is part of the blast they can't revive someone if they themselves die.
I gotta admit, the writing for the narration here is top-notch.
Perfect use of 'Absolute Authority' there in TP2, making the opponent read out the whole card before denying. Brilliant haha. Another banger of a bat rep 👌

Really nice Battle Report ! Quick note though. As per my understanding, you can't shoot in or out of the smoke (in this edition still, I do understand it will change very soon) as smoke obscures the target. You can only fight... Being in <2" range ignores cover, but not obscuring. And indirect (the Krak) needs line of sight, which you don't have with the obscure rule either (you only have visibility). It should stop all type of "shoot" action if as long as you can't ignore obscuring (with auspex for ex...)
@@alexandredegevigney cheers, you're thinking of smoke grenade smoke, the nachmund smoke is none visible cover lines going into and out and being in is just cover 👍 its odd they still have 2 separate rules for how smoke works

@@GFNGaming The ability is tied to the character not the bombs themselves. So once the guy is incap the abilities are no longer usable. Sorta like how a medic can't medic save if he dies in the same blast. Also the mines are just like the Exaction squad token that also loses its effect if the leader goes down for them. I don't like this ruling but its RAW and they've had time to FAQ it.
@@kid0krewgaming326 mmm I think until it gets an faq it's just down to individual interpretation or TO ruling if it's a tournament setting, personally I'm going to continue with the bombs don't forget they're bombs because Billy died 😂 makes the most sense to me plus by the same logic ap boosts from Comms operatives would go before being used if the Comms operative died before they next activated.

FYI, for a blast attack, all the attacks resolve simultaneously. It didn't make a difference here, but if the medic ended up killed by the blast, he can't revive the other guy. "Q: How does a MEDIC operative’s abilities that take effect when another friendly operative is incapacitated (e.g. Reanimation Beam HIEROTEK CIRCLE, Medic! KASRKIN , etc.) interact with ranged weapons that make subsequent shooting attacks (i.e. Blast and Torrent)? A: Resolve all of the required shooting attacks, then if the MEDIC operative is not incapacitated, use that ability at the start of the Remove Incapacitated Operatives step."

Same applies with the tome skull, I had that happen in a game where he died with the defensive buff but it remains for the whole blast attack because it’s simultaneous. Torrent and fusillade are not like that as they are individual attacks!
@@Night_Geist I don't think this is correct. "7. Remove Incapacitated Operatives Any operatives that were incapacitated are removed from the killzone after the active operative has finished making all of its shooting attacks for that action. That means that in the rare instance that an operative is attacking multiple targets (e.g. the weapon has the Blast special rule), they make all of their attacks for that action before any incapacitated operatives are removed." The tome skull should remain there until all the attacks by the shooter are resolved.
@@bah9541 I would agree with you, that's just what a TO told me at the last tournament. It looks to me like it doesn't matter whether it's blast or torrent, operatives aren't removed until after the whole attack is finished.
13:00 hardy is used at start of the roll defence step (after the enemy has already rolled and retained their dice) :(
