I think on the kickstarter it mentioned something about STL files that people could customise and there were examples of chaosy ones - maybe if it does well we can demand door tiles for the kill teamers - I may end up kitbashing them a little to include doors.
I love this. I use battle systems cardstock terrain for these same reasons (modularity, easy storage etc) if I can ever afford it I’d definitely get this
The storage is probably the biggest selling point for me, i love the modular design so you can just lego yourself some funky terrain layouts but this one set occupies so much less space! definitely time to sell off some of my older terrain sets :D
@@GFNGaming yeah. That’s rare. The fact you can place destroyed parts into the layout so seamlessly is what’s blowing my mind. You could have fooled me if you said it was just a static printed piece.
Side question - given how much people complained about the set up time with ITD (pregame set up, ignore the build process) how does it compare in terms of setting up for a game of KT?
Ive found it a lot quicker to put together - all the bits are the same really so your not looking around for B3 - or wall with doors etc its just how many along and up really.
Genuinely like the idea of this. I have the Nachmund terrain and really dislike it, however I don't want to buy another terrain set as I do not have the storage (or the money). I'll definitely be keeping my eye on this. Thanks for sharing.
I think the storage part is the best - althought i do like the thought of painting less terrain in general - So far i've avoided getting Bheta Decima just got nowhere to store it.
having to try and mask off the pegs when priming so you can take the pieces apart and reassemble is a huge turn off. I like the concept but it seems really time intensive to keep the paint off those tabs for reusability
Specifically i used Scale 75 Petroleum Grey, then mixed in Citadel Russ Grey, then final was Vallejo - Glacier Blue or Arctic Blue by Scale 75. not sure it matters exactly the mix - could just get one dark grey and keep adding white so they blend nicely.
This is it man, they should print it on like a light grey or sandy yellow and then offer to dip wash it all - that's like 90% done! i'd pay extra for that
I think there a bit of that, people getting upset because a small company needs people to buy it so they can pay the people who made it so they market it, not sure why you should be annoyed that you've heard of a product prior to its launch - thats kind of the point of marketing right.
The floor tiles are why im not buying. Gaming with terrain that has floor like this is annoying (bottom floor). Foldable terrain from another creator looks interesting. ALSO THE GUERILLA MARKETING, WOW!
Oh yeah, I know what you mean - they're are ways to build it without needing the bottom level but there aren't enough parts in the half table to make all the structures this way, I'm not too upset by it but its certainly less neat than the exisiting KT terrain i get that. Dont really know much about the guerilla marketing like :D
Don't pay for the paint job it's not primed just drybrushed. Now I'll have to prime over it. Snot goblin is deleting my comments/posts in the fb group just to let people know this.
The only issue I have with this product is the amount of astroturfing and guerilla marketing they've been doing on reddit. Half dozen accounts spamming this kickstarted across every tabletop related sub without tagging it as an ad. Makes me disinterested in an otherwise rad product
Never heard of 'astroturfing' before, i am now google smart in what it means - I've seen youtubers do this on reddit to promote their videos before XD im not on reddit loads so i think ive missed this - but few people have mentioned it, so seems like its been full on like, its a shame if its colouring peoples opinions like cos the product is good.
@@GFNGamingright? On a platform like Kickstarter built off of scams I wouldn’t hold it against someone using free spam on Reddit boards to promote a solid concept like this.
If its a clip together modular set, I would presume a door tile could be easily integrated. Would love to see them do so.

I’ve been painting the first Warcry box terrain since it came out!
😂 the struggle is real!
No you haven't

You got your hands on this too? Going up in the world of sponsorship!!

I nearly spat out my tea when you said I’m adopted. 😂 . Top vid.
It felt like the easiest way to let you know Jason XD

What paints did you drybrush over the black primer? It looks good!

Just here for the thumbnail.....
I am become 'soy boy' apparently :D
Looks great!
I'll bring it to the April event if we need any extra terrain - travels nice and easy like
Looks like a nice product. I have to wonder about the price point.
There is a discount for reserving early, the kickstarter launch is tomorrow
Give me an option that comes pre painted and you will get all of my money I can give.

Hmmmph, so it doesn't come with its own teaspoon them?
..Presho? you can still use a spoon but unlike ITD its not required 🙌
Slightly ominous parting comment....
:D - ... in fact its the last thing you'll EVER DO!!!
But can it core a apple?
maybe we can suggest it along with doors for an expansion?
Honestly a great product but people are loyal to GW so they’ll make an excuse like “not buying it cuz of guerrilla marketing”

This all came unpainted, i had to prime and then paint it. So I'm not really sure what you mean.

I get that but I would assume a small company that is starting on kickstarter can’t afford official ads
I mean this also right - i dont really begrudge people trying to hustle @@dnte666
