A nice matchup me and my friend played is yennenga against tomoe. Umbd says 50% win rate, but only out of 8 matches. I felt yennenga was stronger, but still an interesting matchup. I would love to see a matchup of the month with them.

I have a question, it is said in rules that each of your fighters can attack an adjacent target, does that mean that I can attack both with my hero and my sidekick in terms of 1 attack action or not?

Deadpool will obviously never be an A-list fighter, but when I saw the after combat effect on "Klunkin' Heads" I immediately envisioned having some fun versus Oda and his honor guards attempting a flanking maneuver against you. 😆

I loved your Analysis of Squirrel girl! I have question tho: "Deduce Strategy" says: "You may change the printed value of the opponent's card to it's boost value." When you read other unmatched effects like Dr. Jill Trent card "Stasis diffuser", it says "The value of your opponent's card is equal to it's printed value and cannot be changed." I would understand that the value of a card is synonym with the printed value of a card. So for example, when using "Deduce strategy" to attack "Call of the wild". Wouldn't the defense be 4 anyway? Therefore a viable defense against "Deduce strategy"? I tried to look for it online, but I could not find any Unmatched source that talks about the difference of Value and Printed Value.

I’m curious on how Tomoe’s face up attack would work against Sherlock’s card that requires you to guess the opponent’s value. Does Sherlock just get to void Tomoe’s card for free?

So I’m relatively new started playing last December and really got into it in February and don’t have all of the sets but I do feel like daredevil is a little high and sinbad is a little low. Also I feel like King Arthur is above Buffy same with Jekyll and Hyde and squirrel girl. Just giving my thoughts as a casual player as you are just a bit better than me 😅😅😅 Edit: also I agree with you I hate she-hulk, and also I think Moon Knight is what Alice always wanted to be 😢😢😢

Who can Oda beat? I feel like the Suns Origin match is rather fair, as I have won with bothe. But that was against less experienced players, so it might not count I think Tomoe is stronger, but Oda is slighteltely more interesting. However me personally love tomoe for her cool abilitiy, cards and card art

Hello there, I would love to join the fun and get into the Unmatched Universe, I am already an advance board game player having in my collection around 30-35 titles, some of them aronud 4/5 weight acording to bgg ranking. I don't want to learn how to play characters without the potential to compete with other matchups than those in the box, I heard that Cobble & Fog is a good starting point, but both characters from this box ended up at the bottom. I can buy up to two boxes and not all of them are available in my country (Poland). I will be fighting mainly with my wife and friends, but we will see how it develops, I would rather not lead to a situation where I will buy a box because of a specific character who will dominate the rest, or that we will start playing characters who are simply weak. Could you help me and lead me what should I look for as a starter in that case??
