Appreciate you sharing this information; but your title is misleading And sorta click bait. There wasn’t really a step by step in real estate development. There were nuggets here and there, but as a beginner myself; after watching this video I’m still on page 1.

Its funny how taxes increasing and increasing, new taxes .. on soda, on sugar, on gas. .. 50% of your earn money goes to taxes.. goes to where?? Where do you see impecable infrastructure? Retirement? Healthcare? Education? So i dont see why taxes needs to be extracted somewhere somehow from income or property. NO

Workforce housing for low middle class workers. Affordable is for the middle-middle class workers ie police officer, teachers, plumbers, etc.

They will just get the money somewhere else

My taxes went up to 3000 a year my mortgage payments increased 800 a month with the new interest rates. In canada we can only lock in a interest rate for 5 years

In canada interest rates change every 5 years and the ndp liberal government keep raising taxes.

As a Real Estate Appraiser that works in tax assessments I’m say this. Future sales price are tomorrow assessed values.

Primary residence home should have ZERO property tax.... investment property should be tax at only 5% cap....

Only very tiny portion of property tax goes to fund schools, fire department, police, and roads.... the rest goes into frivolous spending on nonsense such as diversity training, LGBT issues, etc..... wasteful spending is the problem.....not a lack of taxes.... curb down frivolous spending and the state government will be just fine...

Increased income and sales taxes affects the people young enough to still be working or those able to spend big... At least the old folks won't be losing homes they've had for many decades. (They've BEEN paying taxes.)

Tbh, this ridiculous high rise in “Property Taxes” has me wanting to move back home (Puerto Rico) where this ain’t even a thing! Once you pay off your house, that’s it! No ongoing taxation, fees, etc. America looking very different in 2024 then when I moved in 2010. Florida housing market ain’t looking robust/great either. It’s a shame, really…

The money is going into corrupt pockets, that's where it's going. It's nice that Michigan is at least thinking of getting rid of the property tax altogether. Here in Texas, property taxes have gone up 400% in my neighborhood. It's ridiculous.
