I know it’s a bit premature, but I’m wondering if you could make a video about Kamala Harris’ economic policy proposals, particularly her proposal around affordable housing development

No premature at all! I have read into it a bit, I just might make a video on it!

34:35 she didn't define pro forma which is Latin for as matter of form and is now use as an accounting term basically meaning estimate.

To be honest whatever the Latin meaning is doesn't matter. We are focused on what it means concerning real estate. Thanks for your comment and be well.

Another great interview! I appreciate her honesty in sharing those early mistakes. Now people know what to look for while dealing with contractors.

Great interview. I definitely appreciate her authenticity and the real life experiences. I am a real estate investor with five rental units and her experience is relatable. I am new to your channel and I love the content that is being presented. I would like to venture out into investing into building new constructions.

NYC pays a lot for these subsidies but horrible landlord laws. I’ve had landlords warn against it. Only one person says it was a decent idea but still was owed money. Maybe subsidy program out of state is safer but I’m not there.

@@NikkiAudiinteresting, our diaspora brothers and sisters come to America to find success and don’t do it in their native lands, thus my ancestors and one of hers opened the doors to find success here. Wonder why economic success at scale isn’t done outside of America ? Gotta show respect to those who paved the way , I’m sure you are taught that… as i said the diaspora is welcome so long as that’s understood. 🥱
