The easiest way to make money is small bank get a big loan by using asset and putting the loan in real estate and buying commercial or residential building commercial is easier strip mall or storage building motel office space if u have commitment sky's the limit 😊!!$$
NYC pays a lot for these subsidies but horrible landlord laws. I’ve had landlords warn against it. Only one person says it was a decent idea but still was owed money. Maybe subsidy program out of state is safer but I’m not there.
@@NikkiAudiinteresting, our diaspora brothers and sisters come to America to find success and don’t do it in their native lands, thus my ancestors and one of hers opened the doors to find success here. Wonder why economic success at scale isn’t done outside of America ? Gotta show respect to those who paved the way , I’m sure you are taught that… as i said the diaspora is welcome so long as that’s understood. 🥱
