This is an educational video - I ran with one of the junior team members in order to coach them while we ran. Focus was on making a plan and using good attack points. Some bits have been edited out to make it a bit shorter, but it was mostly as you see it. We make a plan together and he runs it while I run behind.
This was on the Deviation Rd map, about an hour North of Auckland - typical West Coast forest, which means hard. This was the final of the Forest Cup and our last forest event for a while, so a great time to help the juniors. We ended up 11th so a good result - the last 7 or 8 controls were really good - others lost a lot of time on these last legs.
