Welcome to DiscoverGhibli! Tom here, and I am here to cover all things Ghibli.
The Ghibli universe is pretty expansive and I try to provide information on news, documentaries, storyboards, film analysis, and try to bridge the gap between the culture and language differences between Japanese and English.
I hope in the future I would be able to take certain requests on what people want to see, once I am fully knowledgeable of all Ghibli films, its production process, and the company's deep history.

Since I was younger, I remember watching Totoro but it never occurred to me that it was made by a world renowned animation studio. As an adult, strangely, Ghibli films has struck a certain string in my heart and I have dedicated more time in understanding the secret of it's animation magic. That is why I created this channel. To be part of the community and try to add value. I'm happy to enjoy the magic of Ghibli together with everyone here!

I went to the Ghibli exhibition touring throughout Japan. This one happened to be in Shinagawa. Something I didn't want to miss. It'll continue in Shinagawa until September 2024. Picture taking were only allowed in limited areas of the exhibit. I usually don't take many videos outside to make a video for youtube so please forgive me.
