    Thank you for this video. I sat on my foot and felt the strech at my big toe. It gave me a sense of relief. This daily stretch would help me get over the pain❤

    How often are you doing these exercises? Would you do these the same day as a running day?

      Once a week is a good place to start, but that's without any context of where you are now, how often you run, etc.
      The only way i'm comfortable giving out reps & sets is if there is FULL context without any missing links. I have it all laid out in the Runner Program on our Pain-Free App for anyone to try and get the FULL context for their recovery and i'd be happy to help you through it!

      These are from Cuts clothing, not sure what they're called because I got them years ago haha!

      Thanks! In case anyone else wonders, they seem to be the Crossover Short (probably the 7" option) 🙂
