      this one is near 龙华中路 metro station,in the same shopping mall as the 河马 / fresh hippo grocery store. They might have removed it since it was starting to break down a little. But you can just search for 钢琴店, which means piano shop in the maps app: 高德地图,. Piano is quite big in China so there is a lot of them.

    I watched a video where you said you don’t want to eat tasty food. But then in this video, you said you criticized your girlfriend for making a meal that wasn’t good. If you don’t need to eat tasty food, why would you criticize your girlfriend’s food if it’s not tasty. She wasn’t obligated to make it. You can criticize a cook at a restaurant because you are paying them to cook for you. But you are not paying your girlfriend to cook for you. You don’t have the right to criticize in that case. You can refuse to eat it, or better yet, offer to cook a meal instead. Also, if you are ok with eating non-tasty food, shouldn’t you have just been grateful for the effort your girlfriend made, and eaten the food without comment? Why do you think it’s not rude to criticize and complain about your girlfriend’s cooking when you are also saying you don’t like tasty food? It doesn’t make sense.

      @NiklasHe 18 วันที่ผ่านมา

      You are right, I will take my time and think about this. Thanks for the insight. :) In this case if I remember correctly it was that the food was too salty or oily, and if I eat that then I will not feel good afterwards. I will never complain about eating something that is just boiled and then just add some salt to it, which to some people can be seen as not tasty. Of course I want some variation every now and then.

      If you are struggling with that then my recommendation is to focus on and improve yourself. Get finically stable, develop useful skills, get in good physical shape, improve social skills and mindset. Few people do this so this way you can separate yourself from other men. Trying to find a girlfriend without having found your own direction in life is, based on my experience, a waste of time. :)

    Is it possible to rent an apartment for 1 month?

    • @NiklasHe
      @NiklasHe หลายเดือนก่อน

      It is but you then lose the deposit which is usually 1 month rent. Right now I rented a apartment in Guangzhou and I signed a 1 year contract which i then cancelled early so lost the deposit. My suggestion for finding an apartment is to either have a friend in China help you or go to a "real east shop" like lian jia when you arrive in China, and ask them to help you. I wouldn't even bother trying to find an apartment online since there can be a lot of scams.

    Mind if I ask what resources you recommend to become a software developer ?

    • @NiklasHe
      @NiklasHe หลายเดือนก่อน

      The way I learned it was by using 2 resources. 1. Udemy - Here they have a lot of great courses. I took many different courses here in Python and Javascript. Each course is around 10USD and thye have discounts going on all the time. 2. Codewars - This is where I found coding problems to solve. These are the kind of problems they ask during job interviews. There are many other websites for this, you can just search for coding interview problem websites. Then to build a portfolio of projects to put on my Resume I just looked up a lot of tutorials on youtube, for example I created a facebook and spotify clone. And then I also included my Codewars profile as proof that I can write code.

    Regarding the thumbnail saying that the piano is worth $1M. Is it worth it? I’m not sure but I asked Chat GPT and it says that it’s possible since it is a max sized grand piano with one of a kind custom design using high quality materials. Or at least based on the research I did then it’s a one of a kind. As an intermediate piano player I can say that the feeling and sound of playing this piano was as good as it gets.

    In the past only those working at night club behave like that. However the female population work at night club is so huge, with the invention of smart phone and limited app resources and firewall by ccp, those bad cultures spread to all of female Chinese. So they don't worth for a relationship anymore. They only worth RMB 100 for sleeping one night.

    Also buddy you say work title doesnt matter but you insist on calling yourself SWE xD.. Mate we are just programmers, coders, we like bringing ideas to life in the tech realm. Nothing more about it really. All this "engineer" this and that is for people who like to sound fancy :D Good video sir

    • @GHFear
      @GHFear 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      This is my view on that topic. Someone who only writes software is a programmer. Most programmers are in this category. They go to work and just read what features the software needs and writes the code for that. Someone who is a software engineer is someone who comes up with the idea or takes an idea and then designs the timeline, features, user interface and also decides the importance of each of those features from highest to lowest, so the team can develop the v1.0 software in the fastest amount of time. I have come up the idea for, designed and written all my software on my own, so I call myself a software engineer. It really has nothing to do with title. It's just what describes what I do best. :P I Engineer a project into existence. Without me, the programmers would have nothing to do. I think that is my best explanation of the difference between programmer and software engineer.
