I think Chinese have an easier time learning to pronounce Swedish than many other countries. What makes pronunciation hard is the pitch-accent, the singing quality where the same word can mean different things depending on pitch. Mandarin has even more differences in pitch which means that speakers are better at detecting differences in Swedish than those with first languages without pitch.
He is, obviously, Swedish (and, probably, Chinese) and speaks English with a Swedish accent. He has lived in Stockholm for four years. And before that, somewhere else in Sweden.
I think I said I have lived in Stockholm for 4 years, not Sweden. I have lived in Sweden my whole life. Grew up in Gothenburg :D, Maybe bad communication by me.
Haha did grow up just 4 minutes walk from that mountain overlooking stockholm named Skinnarviksberget. Did alot of things up there playing on the mountain and parks and later partying and bbq and more..hmm adult things(good secluded dating area if u where a teen back then)=) Just 10 minutes from there u have a small nice beach to swim in ..really good place to grow up in the 1980ties and 1990 ties , in the middle of stockholm
Fun fact about Odenplan: It's a part of Vasastan, which has a part called Lärkstaden, that comes from an old term for prostitute "Lärka", not exactly at Odenplan but pretty close
Maybe stockholm is ok for citydwellers abroad -but climate change did change Stockhold and the province sörmland to a warmer place -usually at the end July the rains starts and why they had festival Wattenfestivalen under a decade until it were just full of immigrant visitors and they didnt do it anymore , a warm August is just the norm before it was beginning of autum temperatures and if unlucky even snow in early september .
This is a reason I moved to Stockholm. I just love a cold whether and snow. Even here, it gets warmer every year, so I need to move further to the north 😂
You must have been living here for a longer time than 4 years . Because your English allready has a swedish accent :-) Why is your girlfriend having this gigantic hat???? If its against the sun?... Well then , it is totally not neccesary in Sweden :-) Ohh! Thank you for a pleasant blog by the way!
I have lived in Stockholm for 4 years but grew up in Gothenburg. Yes the big hat is for the sun. She has an even bigger one, so I see this as progress in the right direction :D One step at a time.
4 år??? Om du uttalar orden så bra så kan du fan i mig läsa det här också. Det är ju nästan så att du "bryter" på svenska när du pratar engelska.. Imponerande.
4 years in Sweden and you speak with perfect pronouncation and an extremely swedish accent when speaking English? What is going on?!

@@Motbilder Noooo he's definitely Swedish.. Something fishy here!

7:25 you should climb up in the city hall tower, a great experience and great 360 degrees view at the top
Will consider doing it next time! :D
stockholm is a nice city, beautiful views😄
Yes for sure, a lot of water :D
Its hard to create perfect moments, its more like to recognise them when they arrive. Thanks for a great vlog of Stockholm.
Takes a bit of practice for sure! Your welcome :D
Fridhemsplan to Södermalm is just the central bit of Stockholm. Like 1/3 of Stockholm.
Wonderful video!
Thank you so much, very kind of you :)

Tillhör Östermalm även om det är på gränsen.
Good info :)
Vasastaden ends at Svevägen so Lärkstaden belongs to Östermalm not Vasastan.
Very beautiful video and interesting presentation. 🙋♀️🇸🇪🎶
Thank you a lot, still figuring things out :D
You have a beautiful Chinese girlfriend! I wish you two a long and loving relationship together! ❤
Hope the same, have our struggles but are willing to work on them :D
