Hello, So first of all I dont work for a Chinese company and I have not tried to find a job as a developer in China. So don't take what I say too seriously, just a personal opinion here. :) My recommendation is to ask someone who is not a Chinese citizen but works as a developer in China. But I have talked with computer science students and here is some info. So it’s difficult now to find a job in China because there are so many people here. Most Chinese can’t speak English well so being able to speak Chinese is gonna be a requirement in most companies. Also I think since you are still a student it’s gonna be difficult to find a job since I assume you don’t have that much experience. Many Chinese companies also value if you went to a high ranking Chinese university. Also work conditions are bad, talking long hours with over time. If you have not, then I can recommend visiting China once first before wanting to work there. I really dont think most foreigns would enjoy living in China long term because the learning curve to be able to live is very high.
