your descriptions are very good. My concern would be how to keep it folded in transport and it's weight at 11 kilo. The ride looks very good, best of the best folder.

With hub motors you can get more rpm if you overvolt them with a bigger battery. You gotta do some quick maths and check out how much watts can your controller sustain, but it should be pretty easy if it’s by a moderate amount.

Hey, thanks for the video. I'm located in Canada and I was hoping to get more information on this conversion kit. The idea of using carbon wheels is enticing, but I suppose it's still doable with a basic wheelset. As you know, I still have to eat. :) Is this conversion kit purchaseable outside of Asia?

When these Tubolito's came on the market a few years ago I bought a pair to ride MTB on the Canary islands and it costed me a small fortune. So on the island I installed the Tubo's (and i know what I'm doing. First ride: gravel, rocks modest climb and decent. WITHIN 20 minutes the back Tubolito gave up. No punctures but just torned. And that for 40 euro's Per Tubo. It was a complete disaster. Even thin ultralight butyl tubes lasted on the same trails for more than two days 'till they completely exploded. Shure I got my money back for the pair after complaining about the lies in the advertisement. (2,5 times stronger than butyl) . Note: At that time Schwalbe had taken their version of these type of tube of the market and for a reason. Pffff this was just a complete disaster. Now after a few years the Chinese versions are cheap and I will try those and see if they will hold but Tubolito's I say it was just a scam at that time. (to early on the market ? )

I've been using er9 for about half a year. Perfect shifting. But I've hit into a problem with pads clearance (distance between pads and rotor) control. Rear brake doesn't work after first press on the brake handle when pads have about 70% of resource, front - when there is ~30% of pads.Seller doesn't answer for my questions

Of course rim brakes are stronger than disc brakes. Rim brakes are like a disc brake where the disc rotor is the size of the wheel.

A couple months in and they haven't released the version yet 😢

That front derailleur seems to need some improvement. But I could see where you could continue to run a full mechanical front shifter -brake / derailleur and use the EDS for only rear shifting.

But reliabilities is a major issues...Chinese product dont usually last long!
