Using a light brush stroke when painting your wet clay. It's best to paint the wet clay to avoid shrinkage.

I love, love, love all the projects. I love all the frames and the IOD Old World piece was awesome. The bookends were stunning. I have decoupaged several pumpkins a couple of years ago and I love the way they came out and still use them in my fall displays. I think I’ll use some dark wax on them this year! Love your video’s and can’t wait for the next one!

Girl I tried that two step by pentart, and I couldn’t get it to crackle , it did make it hard and shiny which is good for a glaze look! And yes I applied the antiquing wax after lol

I’ve done decoupage with pumpkins and I’ve also torn book pages in strips and put some ink on all edges then on the pumpkin it looked ahhhhmazing afterward!

I have those paper mache pumpkins ! I got two from goodwill!

DAS air dry clay is amazing. The shrinkage is minimal, it's also very affordable.

Bailey I hate the sharpie marking also. I found that something oily or rubbing alcohol will get it off of hard goods.

My hands were hurting watching you scrape all that paper and glue off the frame from the Salvos lol. You did a great job with all but you must have more patience than me, that should for sure. Persephone is very beautiful! But if the wooden blank was $19 + the rest of your supplies I wonder if you may have priced her too low! Just a thought. All in all the projects are quite lovely!

Bailey, your projects are amazing. You really put your heart and soul into your work and it shows. Again, I cannot pick a favorite because I love all of them. Small oval frames are so difficult to find at a decent price. You made a nice score on the ones you found at the flea market.

You did Sherry proud with that clock!!! Love her channel too…. Awesome ideas, love your aesthetic!!! I wish you would’ve put patina on the larger frame with the crow…. But it still turned out beautiful….

Bailey, loved every one of these projects, but I find I am thoroughly enjoying everything I have seen you creators do with the Persephone mold! Your item is, to me, the most beautiful thing I have seen with this mold. I love it so much! Sorry about the problems with the oval frame. Like I told you last week, I never find an oval frame, but if I did, that would be my luck! Lol. The darn thing would have some problem and I would break the glass trying to fix it. I have decoupaged a pumpkin but it was not as nice or pretty as yours. Of the pumpkins I have made, my favorite was with 2 identical banged up, ridged bundt pans. I glued them together, painted, etc. I do like it, but it is sizable and hard to use in a centerpiece or vignette. I am loving the rice papers you got from Decoupage Central, think I will check them out (I really don’t need to add to my stash, but you know how that goes). Girl, another fantastic video. You are just so natural and real in front of the camera, it makes your videos so much fun. Thanks. Enjoyed!

Put a coat of paint ontoy our moulds about 10 or 15 minutes after you glue it down and you won't get cracking most of the time, is what I have found, but I find I have more cracking using the IOD clay than the DAS. But it is an easy fix for sure but it is so disappointing to see the cracking. i love how the arched mould turned out but considering the cost of the blank I think you should have charged more for her, you put in a lot of work as well. Loved the framed projects and that was some beautiful rice paper. That pumpkin was a work of art for sure!
