Transfers have really taken my projects to a new level. I chop and snip them all up but get so much use from them. My favorite hot glue gun is Gorilla dual temp. My last one used to get dangerous hot like yours seems to do. I use the Gorilla dual temp primarily on low setting but the high setting will allow perfect fabric adhesion when I'm not wanting to actually sew a project. I only use Gorilla brand glue sticks though because other brands drip out. 😊
