It was hard to choose the one I liked the most. I love the art and the pumpkin. I was so glade when you worked on the chair and love the green fabric. The chair is very similar to my chair I am working on. I PAINTED MINE black ,but I can't seem to get past that color. You gave me idea to change the color to a lighter color. I also liked that you told us what you sale your projects for. Informative quick and not boring.
I enjoy all of your projects and as a new to 'recycler for resale', I appreciate the fact you are the only one who tells what price you resell your projects for. Your show gives me confidence and inspiration.
I'm glad it helps, but always remember the economy and market is different in different places. For my area I'm pretty spot on most of the time. Meaning they don't sit in my booth forever and I feel like I'm getting back (profit) that makes sense to me. Thanks for being here ❤❤
Oh wow, I LOVE your booth. It's so well organized and not junky. If I lived closer, that big green cabinet would come home with me lol, it is GORGEOUS!! Your prices are super reasonable too. The chair turned out very professionally done and I want to make that pumpkin. My least favorite was the dark academia ones, just because that's not my preference but you did a great job on them.
Hey sweetie, if you'll put a very damp rag across you molds as they're drying it will stop 90% of cracking. Because they're going to dry as the rag is drying at a little slower rate. This allows the clay to stay moist as drying which in turn keeps them from cracking. They'll get dry as a bone (brittle) if just left to the air. Also will help with shrinkage but is unbelievably good for cracking! Hope this helps. I have seen a lot of very experienced well-known crafters, flippers that make mega money I mean make a living doing it that don't know that. And this might be ugly of me but I don't tell just anyone. But, I like your style. 💛
Aww thanks so much Ann :) It makes perfect sense, I wish I would have knew this advice when working on the projects you will see next Wednesday. The thicker the clay mould is the harder it is to keep it from cracking and this will be most beneficial. Thanks for being here and offering you secrets to me ;)
Love everything you created in this video. The chair turned out beautiful. Love the upholstery material color. Yes, the pillow matched perfectly. Ok, just so you're aware of this, I LOVE DOGS!!! Was so happy you introduced Handsome Roscoe. He's a real beauty. At one point, it appeared he was holding the back of rocker with his head, lol. Would enjoy seeing him in your videos often. Thanks for sharing your talent, time and inspiration with us. 😊
Roscoe is more my son than a dog lol He's a mess and spoiled rotten. I will show him and my other in some future videos :) Thanks for watching and commenting ❤❤❤
@ReclaimedGrace Lol... I get it. I have 2 Boston Terrier daughters and a son who is a Tuxedo Cat. Thanks for responding and can't wait to see your other one. As you can probably tell, I'm binge watching ALL your videos so I don't miss anything. 😘
I adore your pumpkin!! ❤ I also think you are smart about pricing! You price your stuff to sell, which is so smart! I would love to see your booth some day! ❤
Thank you! I think the moulds really made it special. Yes I try to be reasonable with my pricing cause I don't have the room to sit on items for long. Thanks for watching!
Love watching your videos! You are the first one I have seen use gold leaf on the frames and molds! Brilliant! Everything is amazing! And the chair is absolutely beautiful! I just started watching your channel but you quickly became one of my favorites!!!
I am one of your U.K. viewers so we don’t really do pumpkins but l loved the one you transformed. The chair turned out really well too. Bailey you have a good eye and offer something different to many of your peers so keep at it 👏
The Halloween plaques are wonderful!! You did a great job. The green chair and pumpkin are also impressive. Surely it took much patience to reupholster the chair, something I've thought about doing but without the patience! Well done!
Love that rocking chair and what you did to it! The pillow looked perfect with it. The vintage Halloween decoupage projects were adorable and the IOD mold pictures looked high end. Great stuff and I love your prices! Now if you were just a little closer to Wisconsin! LOL
When I saw the horse hair or similar type of older stuffing for the chair, I got really excited, bc I have 2 chairs w horse hair that I need to reupholster. I've watched professionals do them & of course it's difficult & very time consuming. U definitely made it seem a lot easier & not as scary. I think it turned out great! Maybe there's hope for me after all. lol😉
All your projects are gorgeous. The pumpkin, we don’t celebrate in Australia, but the pumpkin turned out beautiful. You did a fantastic job on that chair, it looks amazing and the material and colour look fantastic and you’re right with that sunflower cushion it looks great. Your booth looks great also. I saw some green drawers at the back and they would look great with your chair. TFS.
Your booth has a lot of goodies in it and you have styled it skillfully and beautifully! I wish I lived close enough to you to browse and buy that beautiful green chest. Where exactly do you live? The rocking chair turned out beautiful and that sunflower pillow was the cherry on top! It’s hard to pick a favorite- I liked them all. The pumpkin was really pretty and very inspiring. I love how you tell us exactly how you do things - step by step! You are a great teacher and I appreciate how you don’t waste our time. I’m so glad I found you.
Great flips! Love the chair! Reupholstering isn't my favorite either 🤣We picked up an antique child's rocking chair yesterday for our booth. Thankfully, no reupholstering is needed, as the antique floral fabric is actually in perfect condition. Working on terrariums and a night stands today. Have a blessed week!
All so cute! I am loving your content and can't wait to see more! So far I've watched all your posted videos since I found you yesterday! Notifications are on and I can't wait!
I really loved all your projects and had a hard time picking a favorite, but I think I have to say the rocker is. It truly turned out beautifully. I do have a question for you though. Instead of the loose polyfill, have you tried using the upholstery batting instead? It comes either in sections or on a roll that the amount needed will then be cut for you. The sunflower pillow you found the day before is gorgeous on that chair also, and you're absolutely right in that it's a perfect match with the chair.
No I haven't ever tried that upholstery batting.. I definitely will check it out, because the loose stuffing is what I was struggling with. Thanks so much for being here and commenting :)
OMG! Love the rocking chair. I would have removed the springs too. You can use them as a separate project. I have never found are worked with bed springs yet. Hope to start finding them. When adding the chair cushion back, I suppose you can add extra padding. Just my thought.
I would have done the seat of the chair a little differently. Retied the springs, omit the webbing and used and an inch and a half of foam pad, then bonded dacron. Foam is our modern substitute for the cotton and horse hair. Once I get the "bones" of a seat rebuilt, I usually cover it with a layer of strong but thin canvas, pulled very tightly before I add the final upholstery fabric. That way, if I ever want to upholster it again I just need to remove the outer fabric and replace it, quick and easy. As far as a good stapler goes, mine is pneumatic (air powered). We already had an air compressor though. They are a little heavier than hand or electric stapler. But they drive those staples all the way in effortlessly.
Hi 👋 the is my first time watcher.i really like your videos and I subscribe and hit the bell. I love your chaos and pumpkin you revamped. I also want to purchase the basket with brown wood handles they are awesome. Thank to you soon ! Thx head of time.

Hi! I'm new to your channel and I wanted to say I loved all of the projects! I have so many things that I've made over the last year and I've been wanting to sell them, but they just keep piling up in the second bedroom without homes! 😥It's very sad, isn't it? LOL. So I was wondering, your booth is so gorgeous! I just LOVE the way you have it set up. I live in south/central Florida. How do I go about getting booth of my own? Thanks! OH! and PS: I absolutely absolutely cannot STAND my staple gun! With my arthritis it's almost impossible for me to use with ease, but I haven't found one yet that's any better, so maybe if you find one, you can pass it on? G'night!! xo

I always go to the thrift store & buy a pillow to use for stuffing in my chair. I use the pillow along with its cover for extra strength.
That's a cheap and great idea!!
Thanks for watching
I have done that as well for a footstool.
That Rocking Chair is a BEAUTY...IS IT COMFY??
It's pretty comfy. I wish I would have used foam instead of that poly fill. For some reason I didn't think of it.
I need that JRV paper!!!

Uh oh, I just curb picked the same exact rocking chair. Hope I learn all the things from you to make it good.
You can do it! :)
Girl I don’t know what u think is wrong with that chair? I think u did an amazing job!
I should have used foam instead of poly-fill.

Gold leaf is beautiful but messy. I'd end up with gold fingers! Is there any reason why you chose gold leafing versus DIY's gold patina?
I love doing holiday shelf sitters! Those were very cute!
I agree. I paint my clay moulds after gluing to my project and while it's wet. I rarely have any shrinking or cracking. I use Das clay. That pumpkin was gorga!

Question: what is the difference of gold leaf and painting with gold rub n buff? I get the process but the look?
U should do one with each and take a poll to see if we can tell?

I wish I had some in my stash but I didn't so I went with the foil.
