If I just have dumbbells how would you recommend doing or substituting cleans and heavy squats?
How tall is you?
No make sure judges have a scorecard that reflects dunk difficulty. Of course power and style are factors, making it on first attempt and clean, but dunk difficulty is hard to define for judges especially if they’ve never attempted this dunks.

I do think it’s a good idea for professional dunkers to create and rate the difficulty of dunks so judges don’t give 10s to things that deserve an 8 or a 9.

Why didn’t you open your hand during the catch of the power clean?
I feel locked in doing it like that too. It's just a matter of preference. Some people feel it better on their wrists by letting the fingers handle the load but for me, I think it's better to lock in without opening my palm like a front squat.
I'm just curious how many calories you consume in order to keep the intensity and the volume of the workouts so high! Keep doing your thing big dawg!! 💯
I've been training to jump higher but have been scared to get into Power Cleans. I've been heavy half squatting and jumping. Do I need to power clean?

I honestly wish I could be at Donovan’s level like he’s insane but this does really put into perspective how insanely strong Isaiah is in general but specifically for his weight. Also just got to it but casually walking up to the lying leg curl and full stacking it is disgusting 😂
isaiah is one of my main inspirations and is icredibly strong. also to put into perspective, isaiah has been weightlifting for 10+ years. i have been lifting for 13 months. i aspire one day to be as strong as isaiah.
for 13 months…you’re a freak. I am not surprised he’s one of your inspirations feel like he and his inspiration kilganon should be everyone’s (in the dunk community), but you’re progressing at a ridiculous rate you’re going to be inspiring some people yourself sooner or later. keep the hard work going

For your weight lifting shoes did you go true to size for the romeleos or did you size up at all and by how much if you did?
@@MeshTheSnake these are actually a half soze lower than my other shoes
They run small but it's nice to have snug shoes for it. I sized down a half size so there is absolutely no wiggle room. You can warm up with out straps then tighten em up as you go. Toe box is definitely wider than adipowers but not as wide as the Tyr ones

Donovan there's a dunk I wanna see. A self-lob (bounce) , where you're catching the ball when you jump between your legs with one hand, and then windmill motion dunk it. So it's a bit of a blind catch when the ball is going between your legs , and then you windmill motion from there. I've seen one person do this on Dunkademics but the windmill motion after catching the ball going through their legs, wasn't as directly over the top on the finish, the dunk arm went more to the side, so it didn't look like a windmill - it just looked like a guy catching it between their legs and then seamlessly dunking it. Try more of a windmill. It's basically just a 'catch between the legs windmill', catching the ball off it's bounce. It could be a new type of windmill, and i think you could throw it down hard. I think you should catch it with your body more straight to the rim than turned ; not too turned it takes away from the windmill factor. Dunk is perfect for a Right-Left jumper - and the natural approach should be the right amount of slight turn

The variation he's doing is called a power clean, you're supposed to catch it in a quarter squat
