@@donquimby4128oh, na. not at all. it's also not that strict. I have whatever I want for dinner every day, and I also love eating healthy! so I don't mind it. thank you for watching 🤝.
What a beast. Donovan what shoes do you refer to as the "three's"? I was watching a podcast you were on but I never got a reply in the comments. Cheers bro.
Can you help me? I am a beginner and trying to increase my vert, should I copy what you did here or what would you recommend? Thanks in advance and keep the good work up
@@ТомиславСтојанов yea as much as you need to not be fatigued I would normally aim for 2-4 minutes rest on heavy sets by your warm ups can be as little as 30 seconds off rest
@@Gangstatownzidk, donovan makes the more simple dunks(amongst pros) look the most impressive but i still think isaiah has the best hands and the best chance at hitting new dunks
@Muttal9348 Actually kinda true. Isaiah can hit the harder dunks more consistently, but they're sooo close, i give it to Donovan with better style and bounce.
Man this content is amazing. Already the best in the world, but still is making tremendous improvements.
haha, that's some high praise. thank you for watching!
can't believe you can still walk after sunday! 😂

This is a lot of volume for beginners start by doing basic strength movements like squats cleans and deadlifts for 3x5 will help build a good base
@@wave954 okayy and one more question. How much do I rest between sets like 3-5 minutes?

Why do you jump a little on your power clean
Because you’re supposed to. You need to reposition your feet on the catch.
one day you might just beat isaiah keep killing it
Nah Donovan is better than Isaiah in my opinion, a better dunker
Isaiah is a true OG though.

Your weight are all the wrong color it's perturbing me, 25kg should be red, 45 should be blue, 35 should be yellow and so on
How much rest between sets?
eh it varies. honestly, it's just whenever I'm ready to go again. if i had to guess around 2 minutes.
depending on the duration/volume and intensity of the working set you can need anywhere from 2-5 minutes when you are strength training
